The view was great, perfect location.

Apartment was very close to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary which was perfect for us as we were attending a wedding there.
We had a number of different guests staying at Sanctuary Beach Resort and the standard of the apartments did vary with some really nice and updated and others needing updating.(No difference in price).
Staff were excellent and went the extra mile for us with room allocations.

Great location. Right in the beach. Clean and comfortable. A great swimming pool and tennis court. The unit was clean and large.

Beautiful and looking over to the beach from balcony
Only thing I didn’t like was our car was too big for the car park under ground and we had to walk from the street to the apartment which was a little bit of a walk.

Nice and private; you can just walk out of the accommodation and straight onto the beach or cycle pathway; the 2-bedroom unit we stayed in was lovely and spacious; nice BBQ area; lovely pool and spa..
Need to include tea towels in the kitchen.
I had selected that I was there on business - I was working during the days in the apartment, so was in and out of online meetings that I had to speak in. They had a jackhammer and some other sort of machine tools for most of one of the days, that reverberated loudly throughout the apartment we were in (although when we went outside it didn't sound so loud - but inside it sounded like it was right underneath us). The impact was that it made it very difficult to speak in the meetings and for people to hear me. I would suggest in future you warn any guests of upcoming work like this.
It was also difficult to work at the table as there were no plugs or extension cords to plug my laptop in. Likely something that is needed if you are in town on business.
The above things were either temporary or very minor things. I wouldn't change my recommendation of this accommodation as being fantastic - I'd definitely come again.

Beach front was great.
Not clean. Tray where teabags etc are kept was dirty. Some knives and forks were not clean.
There was sand down between the couch cushions. Scatter cushions old and musty. Nasty smell from ensuite basin when tap turned in. Only 3 dinner plates. Cigarette smell from permanent residents units along ground floor when walking along the pathway was overbearing.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to drive down when you needed do any of the great theme parks or activities. Also bonus you could walk to the currumbin sanctuary and you are literally a few steps away from the beach. Peter the manager kept the resort always very clean and was friendly. Was a great stay and we will be back

the vanities had mouldie drains
we had a bowl of mouldie old frangipanis in a bowl that must of been there for at least a couple of months to get to this point.
the knife block in kitchen was disgusting- had none it it do why was it there.
too many nic naks out to be able to keep clean - decluttering would be a great idea.

Location is fantastic
Residents in other Units are permitted to smoke which impacts on neighbouring Units and holiday guests. Pets should be allowed given residents can have their own pets.
The bed in the apartment was terribly uncomfortable due to being a very soft mattress.
