I liked the layout of the apartment.
There weren’t any extra blankets to be found.

ロケーションや清潔さはとても良かった。予備のシーツや枕が十分あった。
塩や油など簡単な調味料が置いてなかった。

The location was a good distance away from Broadway, beautiful view of the river, the apartment was nice and tidy and I enjoyed staying here very much. Was also very clean and the kitchen facilities were good too.
The only thing i think could be better is maybe having some tea or coffee there, there was a coffee machine but not even any coffee for one day. Could be an option to include that next time maybe. But that’s the only fault I could find with it. 😁🙏

It was convenient to get to the Nissan stadium for a concert and to a lot of different places downtown. The room was perfect size and easy to get to
There was dried blood on one of the pillows

The bed! Good value. Good location. Close to many things.
Didn’t know it would be on 3rd floor without elevator. Kitchen sink was damaged. Moldy/mildew shower curtain. Couldn’t get into laundry facility.

nice building. distance to Broadway 15 minutes. neighborhood did not look nice but actually felt safe. good parking.
third floor, no elevator. dirty floor. the outside deck looks awful. kitchen sink is scratched and a spoon was stuck in the garbage disposal. it is a self
contained unit, so if there is a problem you write to customer service. we did as there were no sheets. it was hopeless. I spent All evening and wrote
8 times, before they realized that they had to fix the problem

No breakfast was provided as expected.
Lack of breakfast, location, no elevator, outdated rooms and facilities, scary property location inside of an industrial complex away from civilization, inadequate room storage and toiletries, extremely expensive for what was provided.

on booking didn’t advertise as a third floor unit

love the location and set up of the property!
nothing!

It was within walking distance of Broadway in Nashville. That was it’s biggest selling point. The bedroom was roomy and the bed very comfortable. The kitchen made it easy to reheat some leftovers. Also, the tiny patio made it nice to sit and watch the river.
You had to climb two long sets of concrete steps to get to the third level. This was not mentioned anywhere in the property description. We would have had difficulty figuring out which apartment was ours, but we met two of the maids who helped us. Communication was not bad, but rather impersonal since this was a corporation and not an individual.

Very roomy and clean! I love the deck overlooking the River. This property was in a great location, just a bit from the main drag so you can have some peace and quiet at night.

It’s a nice little apartment. The location is good for being in quite area right on the river but just under a mile from happening Broadway. We were able to Uber there for cheap. Much better value for your money than a hotel in the area would be.
Everything was very clean except for the balcony. But it was still great to have a balcony that faced the river.

The location was near downtown, though walking shoes required to get there.
The lady who helped with the pin for the door was excellent!
The kitchen was poorly cleaned. Utensils and stovetop were dirty. The condo felt like a nice college dorm. Not a comfortable location to venture too far in the dark. Like the rest of the city, there were a lot of homeless nearby.

Clean and price was right
