El desayuno era bueno, el hotel estaba ubicado en un sitio tranquilo
El hotel estaba un poco descuidado en relación a las fotos, le falta más mantenimiento y no estaba a la altura del precio cobrado.

The staff is excellent, especially my brother who is stationed at laundry facilities, he ensured that I enjoyed my stay there. The staff is so friendly, polite and nice. The rooms are big.
The hotel needs some renovation, rooms have no safe, no dressing mirror, no place to put your cosmetics, the basin’s drain was not working properly, the floor needs to be renewed, the mattress is old and not so comfortable, the towels are old have changed color, the charging ports cater only for locals…a lot need to be improved.

Loved breakfast and enjoyed the evening menu too.
Staff were super friendly.

Overall, Waridi is an ok value. The location in Kilimani is really nice. It's easy to get just about anywhere in the city from here, and there are a lot of shops, restaurants, supermarkets and bars around within walking distance. The staff at the hotel are all very friendly, particularly the men and women and the front gate. The wifi is strong as well.
The rooms are a bit dated. The showers were old, but the hot water worked very well still. The beds were not the most comfortable, but not horrible.
3.7
Spacious room, helpful staff at reception and around the hotel and good food in restaurant.
Rooms set up for two although booked for four. Kitchen but very little equipment

our CEO was not feeling well and the care he was given was excellent, we were all happy and felt valued, so I spoke to Mr. Stephen Maina. who handles the issue very professionally.
My two colleagues were persons with disabilities the one using a wheelchair was provided with an accessible room andone using crutches was given support until we left. We really appreciated it!
Nothing to complain about

Lots of mosquitos in room. Taxi to airport very expensive.

The location was very good
The breakfast was not good
3.7
Location and staff were excellent.
Where to start:
1. All sinks and toilets had an overwhelming smell of sewage.
2. The facilities as described in the sale were not apparent:
2a. Mini bar. There wasnt one.
2b. I booked a 2 bed executive suite for 4x people, 2x adults and 2x children. Only 2 towels, 2 cups, 2x glasses and 2x doubke beds instead of 1x double and 2 singles. Even when highlighted, it still remained the same.
3. Food was minimal and of poor quality.
4. An execitive suite, is not an execitive suite. Ive stayed in better accomodation with less "executive" notions and found them to be better.
5. Beds are solid. Might as well of slept on the floor for more comfort.
6. TV only has about 5 channels... although theres 100's of channels with static and carrier signal!
7. Poolside bar is not managed, so if you want a drink by the pool, you need to ask reception to send someone down.
8. When they host conferences, i dont expect to be asked to leave the pool area so the conference can have lunch by the pool! I had paid for 10 nights stay and yet they asked us to move on 2 seperate days.
9. Room quality. Labelled as authentic african decor... more like 80s decor with a lack of light!
10. Mosquitos. They are everywhere, buy theres no s reens to stop them so you can have a window open. Instead you have to choose between getting mosquitos or overheating due to the lack of through breeze or air con.

Waridi is super convenient to get around Nairobi town centre. Perfect for a couple of nights. Ideal for business, groups and solo travellers. This place is my go-to when I am in Nairobi.
3.7
Location was not bad.
I booked this hotel due to the fact it was close to where I wanted it to be and it had a pool. The staff, contrary to everywhere in Kenya were not helpful (except the security staff, they were nice) The room when booked said it comes with Air Conditioning which it did not. I asked why it said that, and there were 2 rooms available with AC on booking.com and asked if I could pay the extra $25 for the upgrade, to which they told me those rooms also did not have AC. It also said 30m2 which it was if anything, 11-12m2. It also said a patio, which it did not. Soundproofing, which it did not. No Minibar which it also said it had. So the description on their rooms, are not accurate at all. My room was very basic. I like a firm bed, but this was like sleeping on a plank of wood. The Friday there was a party in the conference room down the hall which was so loud I could barely sleep. On the saturday I wanted to go for a swim, to which they told me the pool was closed for a private function (also would have changed my decision had I known). The bathroom was tiny, dated and dirty. Probably the worst hotel I have stayed in, in a long time. This is NOT a 4 star hotel (as stated on booking.com), if at all, I would give it 2 stars MAX. There are much better places to stay for the same price. Don't believe anything the desciptions say or what the pics look like.

location. spacious. staff extremely kind and accommodating.
bathroom was clean, but it could use a renovation/ maintenance.
3.7
Nothing much, below average. Outside the room lobby, pool and restaurant was clean.
A million mosquitoes, even though the room was fully locked, could not sleep all night. No net on windows, no TV all poorly broadcasted channels on analog.
