L’emplacement été très bien avec une vue magnifique mais le reste été pas franchement agréable..
Juste la vue…😞

Stunning location, great value for money, to die for views out over the bay. Super comfortable large double bed. Easy distance to delights and amenities of Aspra and Bagheria. Cefalù and Palermo within easy drive. Friendly and helpful staff. Can’t wait to return and explore further
Could do with a second bedside cabinet and a microwave

Amazing location with great view, clean and cozy flat
less privacy than expected (to terrace next to us), locking front door requires skill and strength

We arrived at night and were met by the beautiful lit up pool and view of the bay. The view that met us in the morning was spectacular!
Loved:
- the pool. Had enough beach beds for the 3 apartments that were occupied
- the terrace at the apartment where we could enjoy our meals with an amazing view
- the privacy the appartment afforded
- the secure parking that fit 3 cars and remote controlled gate
- waking up to the view from the main bedroom window over the bay
- provided coffee, sugar and basic cooking ingredients as well as utensils.
- good spot to explore the Bagheria and Palermo region by car
- the day bed in our living room was unusable. Too soft. basically took up space. I cant believe someone could sleep there comfortably
- the actual mattress in the bedroom was quite uncomfy. It was too soft, thankfully not as soft as the daybed in the living room
- the only espresso kettle provided was soo tiny that it only made enough espresso for 1 person. Mind you the apartment could take up to 4 people. Requested another espresso kettle twice but the host was unresponsive.
- the toaster needs to be replaced. Took almost 5 toast attempts to get bread toasted to our normal 4min mark crunch

The view is stunning. looking over the bay to the mountains and watching the sun set. Bedrooms were a decent size and private bathrooms were ok.
Basically unsuitable for two couples as this is two bedrooms separated by a hall with doors and a small kitchen. But bedroom number 1 has no door to separate it from the kitchen, just a curtain.
Kitchen was very small and impossible to seat 4 people. Bedroom 1 doubled as a living space. Pool was small. No toaster. some curtains hanging off. Parasol broken Two LED lights flickering. One thread bare towel provided with hole in it
Local area very tatty. Asper closest Town very grubby. Lots of rubbish on the streets,
A foot note. Driving in Sicily in anarchy.I have driven in tuscany and the lakes Spain France and Portugal and this is unbelievable. Stop signs and roundabouts are ignored cars overtake in the city so you are 3 abrest. We had cars cut inside us while turning at cross roads basically it's a game of chicken. Parked cars fling doors out in narrow lanes and also pullout in front of you. if you leave them space oncoming traffic is in your way. Nobody uses indicators pull outs and pull ins are without warning
I have driven for 40 years on bikes and cars and I am not a timid driver but at times this was terrifying. 100% no excess insurance is a must

The apartment is big and clean. There is an airco in both of the rooms. There were two bathrooms. I really like the shower, spacious and good stream of water. It was a pleasure to shower after a long day. The kitchen is good equipped.
The plants around the complex are beautiful, there are plenty of small lizards walking around, the stairs down to the sea, the sunsets, the view on blue water, sailing ships, just amazing. You definitely pay fort he view here.
You can walk to Apra town, it is just few minutes walk. There you have a Conad supermarket, few restaurants, a bakery. In the morning a fisherman sells fresh fish. I recommend Pese Brillo restaurant for very nice fish, according to us the best one in Aspra. In the evening there is a small market with toys, jewellery, fruits and sweets. Nice to visit.
We spent few days in the Cielo apartment (the higest appartment in de complex).
What I really did not like that there was no awning on our terrace, all other 3 apartments have it but we had just an umbrella, which gave very little shadow. It is a pity because you can not enjoy sitting there in the full sun. Only early in the morning you can have breakfast. In the kitchen was also terribly hot so cooking it is almost not at option.
I also missed one of the roller blind in the kitchen so that you can have a bit privacy from your right side neighbours.
There is also very little shadow by the swimming pool, just on one spot under a tree , which is little if there are other quests by the pool. Two sun umbrella’s would be nice.
Pool is quite small en shallow, about 130cm and old.
There could be done more to keep it nice. We had some dead plants in pot on the terrace,, around the pool there is a lot of weeds and not really kept nice.

Very nice villa with exceptional views, we really enjoyed watching sunset every evening from our terrace. Apartment itself equiped with everything you need, very comfortable beds in bedrooms, kitchen suitable for cooking with dishwasher and all tableware provided.
There is an entrance to the sea (rocks) and we enjoyed swimming there when sea was calm, it felt like a private beach with no one around for couple of hundred meters. Also we liked spending time by the pool, we really appreciated having both pool and sea on site.
Aspra center is easily accessible by foot and we liked going there for some cocktails in a bar named Tyche.
Also the owner was very nice to us, gave many recommendations about arriving and restaurants nearby.
We would love to come back as this was truly exceptional place with magical sea views!
Thank you for having us!

The view was magnificent. The villa and its balcony were spacious enough. The swimming pool was lovely.
The room service was poor. They gave us only one set of towels and 2 tiny rolls of toilet tissues for 3 nights which was truly disappointing. The bed linens were not clean enough. There was also a miscommunication between booking.com and the property owner which totally ruined our first night after a long air trip. Also bear in mind that you need to rent a car or pay for private drivers to commute to the villa.

Aspra is a vibrant little town with good restaurants and friendly people around at a 15 minute train ride to Palermo. Accomodation offers a beautiful view. Well worth the visit.

The apartment has a stunning view over the bay and Palermo...quiet, sea, sunset. It is spacious, well equipped with what one might need.
Overall the stay was good and we enjoyed the pool as well.
There are few things that require some touch up - bulbs, squeaking cupboard doors, clean A/C, some older equipment.

We liked everything! Excellent place, very clean with a great host. Also a very good taxi service at hand. The view is outstanding, we look forward to coming back next year.

The view is amazing, over the sea, with a glimp of Palermo. The swimming pool isnt big but its for 4 appartements and the people who book this, arent sitting by the pool each day, so Good enough.
You can get in the sea from your appartement with stairs to the Rocky Coast. It aint a beach but its very Nice for a dip in the sea!
We had a big private terras with enough chairs. The beds are comfortable and the airco works well.
The shower in bathroom one had Some defaults (you couldnt hang it up) and both bathrooms have Some molt.
And the cushens outside meer a change.
The village is on walking distance but it is not a Nice road to walk on. Parking is a bit of a challenge, we parked most of the team om the street.

The view is spectacular. Our host Giacomo was very helpful.

The apartment was spacious and had a wonderful aspect so that you could see the whole rugged coast-line and at night the lights of Palermo. The apartment was located approximately 15 minute walk from Aspra either along the road or via the beach. Aspra is, a lovely fishing village where the local fishermen with their colourful fishing boats sell their catch each morning; it also has good restaurants and a great café with the best coffee and cake.
The manager of the property arranged to meet us at the Railway Station on arrival in Bagheria to take us to the apartment and had also arranged for us to be able to contact a local driver to take us to the Station and back at a moderate fee whenever we needed this service as we did not have a car. This was a good service provided by the owner of the apartments.
We loved the apartment, the closest one to the water with steps leading into the sea if you wanted to swim there. It had comfortable sun lounges on a large balcony and we were content to just lie out in the shade or sun and gaze at the fishing boats in the bay. The apartment was very modern. spacious with a well equipped kitchen and together with the swimming pool had a bit of a resort feel to it. The apartment complex was on a steep site, and because we were in the bottom one you needed to be prepared to walk down a fairly long concrete stairway to reach it. The nearby sandy beaches were about a 5 minute walk away down a long flight of stairs which appeared to be purpose built public for access to the beaches there - to swim in the water of the Agean sea was a joy!
This comment relates to the surrounding beaches. There was a great deal of litter: plastic bottles; food wrappers and other.litter everywhere on the beaches either dropped there or washed up which is a great shame as it spoiled the lovely natural environment.
