Very quiet and very welcoming place with everything you need. Very special point for the beds which are big and comfortable. A very nice sunset from the roof. Close to lots of restaurants and markets with very reasonable prices. Close to historic sites and super easy to get boats to the other side. The staff is super welcoming and takes great care of you, helps you organise your activities with the best prices possible. They are very attentive to your well-being and will give you advice for any request. I recommend this place.

The location and breakfast were awesome.
They helped organising tours and we saved a lot money with that
Mohammed is a great host and a very kind person.
Not really anything to complain about.

location close to ferry pier (3 mins walk)
comfortable bed and quiet environment.
Hotel staff is helpful such as spraying mosquito repellent in room and fixing shower head right away when we requested. breakfast is prepared reasonably on time (30 mins later than expected is Egyptian “on time”).
my penthouse room has two rooms but only one rooms has air conditioner.
shower in bathroom is very weak and only soap is provided. if you need shampoo you need to ask.
At night there were a of mosquitoes (Apr) so be prepared to be bitten all night.
not sure if jacuzzi or swimming pool is ever used. doesn’t look clean enough for me.

This place is absolutely amazing, the rooms, the halls the pool and communal space.
Is placed on the west Bank of the river Nile and it is really quiet and nice to avoid the traffic and business that you would find in the East Bank.
Is one minute walking distance from the boats to cross the river and you will find nice restaurants around to eat.
The staff Paula, Mohammed and Karim are really lovely and happy to help with everything you might need during your stay.
We did a tour to the valley of the Kings and main attractions on the westbank and we were totally satisfied with this.
I definitely recommend this to everyone you will love it!

The staff there specially the manager (Mohamed) is not friendly and very rude with no respect to the residents, he wanted more money because we stayed only 1 hour after the checkout time.

6 stars for the facilities included in the price. Decent room with good toilet. Easily accessible from the west bank boat jetty. Shops around and an atm near by. The breakfast was good and there is a swimming pool too. Tha staff service is quiet good but they expect tip and more from you(thats same everywhere we go in egypt)
There is no heated pool, but they let us use the jacuzzi for which they charged extra. it was not mentioned prior to the use.
The staff is expecting a lot from you in terms of tip. Very poor experience when they tried to sell me something for double its price.
They asked me for 300 Egp for a drop off at Bus station which i denied. And may be because of that they didnt even help us carry out our luggage. We had to walk to the boat holding two bags each and they just watched us leave. And i got to the bus station for just 60EGP instead of their 300. Felt realy bad the staff doing this to us even after tipping them abundantly.

tucked away on quieter side of Nile with easy and cheap water taxis to the touristy city side - characteristic Arabic hotel with pool, comfortable well equipped rooms basic but tasty breakfast, balcony areas, welcoming helpful staff

I stayed here for 5 nights and I felt like home.
Hassan and Mohammed offered me daily excursions at a reasonable price. I spent a day fishing with them, they accompanied me on a tour of the city and shopping.
The hotel is clean and well maintained, and the area is always quiet

The staff were absolutely wonderful. All of the guys working at the property were very kind and helpful in anything I needed. They cooked me dinner each night and were available 24 hours a day off I needed anything at all, ensuring that I was well taken care of. As a female solo traveler, they made me feel safe and a part of the family. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff!!
Nothing.

Very friendly and helpful staff but this was not an apartment. Only a double room.
This isn't an apartment, it is 2 rooms with an entrance hall. Only 1 of the 2 rooms had AC. Basic elements missing: curtains, trash can, bedside lamp. Fridge not working. Much better options with the apartments in the area.

Staff was very kind and helped to buy my food from nearby the hotel and provided a very elaborate dinner for me free of charge. Special thanks to Muhammed and Akhmed who were very accommodating. They are good kind people which is so hard to come by these days. I was sick during my stay and Muhammed the manager personally brought me to the pharmacy, prepared a hot lemon drink so I would feel better and took care of all my transportation needs to the airport. Muhammed also arranged for me to do a dawn hot air balloon ride at a third of the prices I found online. They made me feel like I was living in their home. Not once did they ask for any tips, it felt like they genuinely cared, I wish the rest of Egypt were like this place. They treated me with respect, no shady things like getting hit on or anything, just warm smiles and kind hearts. When Egyptians do not ask for tips I feel like tourists are even more willing to tip because we do it out of goodwill. They didn’t even ask me to write a review for them so I’m doing this of my own accord. 11/10 one of the best decisions I’ve made travelling as a solo Asian girl in Egypt.
