The apartment met our needs and we liked that it had secure parking.

Spacious apartment, bedding was comfortable and linen/towels fresh. Secure parking was essential.

The apartment needed some maitainance work (doors not shutting properly, etc) and carpet needed cleaning. Cooking facilities and equipment were very basic.

Bed was so uncomfortable, springs could be felt poking into you. Staff placed a mattress topper on after first night which helped greatly.

Check-in was easy even after hours. property was clean.

The Bed was terrible, Leg falling off of one site. Mattress felt like i was on a fold away bed. The garbage shoot in the hall way had a bad smell coming from it, made coming and going unpleasant.

Had a great stay, close to the city and to the ferry terminal. also not far from our daughter.

We booked a king room and on arrival, we were upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment.

We found nothing to complain about

due to alarms going off I was unable to enjoy my stay due to broken sleep

great location, clean room. foyer on my level was a bit run down. did not see a single staff member, no one at reception, until the evac alarms went off

emergency alarm went off at 12.30am turned out to be a false alarm took approx 1hr to rectify. alarm went off again same night at around 4.15am.

The entry light to the room wasn't working, very difficult to enter room in the dark and there was no bulb in one of the bed side lights.

Great Stay!

Friendly accommodating staff. Slight issues in our first room no troubles upgrading our room and helping out. Great location Rooms were nice

no tables/ chairs on balcony in king room.

Great hotel near River Walk with great staff.

Loved the property. Stayed there 2 times. second time we got amazing room near to floor. Near restaurants (Thai was good) and Cinema. Watched flying foxes fly inland along river at Sunset-beautiful. They even let us check out very late due to late flight. Staff very, very helpful. Next to lovely river walk.

Poor WIFi in first room but great WiFI in second room. Pool smallish in shady location

Great staff and view of Flying Foxes (big fruit bats) flying upriver at sunset

Stayed here twice. first time room was nice and comfortable but WiFi was poor. Second time we got an apartment on the top floor with amazing view and patio, kitchen, great bedroom. location near river walks, restaurants, and a special treat of watching the flying foxes ( bats) fly u river at sundown Also had a late flight and staff let us check out Very late. This was exceptionally nice of them and greatly appreciated. Great staff

Love the location and facility! Staff are always friendly. My go to place to stay in Townsville.

The bathroom smelt a lot like bleach the whole weekend and shower was slippery.

Advertised as a King Suite, not what I recieved.

We had a lovely stay at Qresorts and will stay there again

Comfortable and spacious, clean rooms.

Unfortunately dryer didn't work and 1 air conditioner remote missing. Not being from around the area would have been good to have a booklet on what was around the area like cafes or restaurants etc.
