Close to restaurants, walking distance.

Good location to restaurants, friendly staff & clean room.

Poor internet/ Wi fi quality, kept dropping out. Faded yellow curtians on windows, did not keep night light -out & early morning sunlight out, a bit hard to sleep, new blackout curtians needed.

MUST STAY ❤️ I recently stayed at Park Regis Anchorage and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional staff, top-notch facilities, and outstanding service. From the property general manager to staff, everyone was not only professional but also incredibly welcoming, exceptionally friendly and attentive, making every interaction pleasant. The staff also took time to get to know their guests, making anyone feel welcome. The facilities were well-maintained providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Service was prompt and efficient, with every request handled with a smile. Overall, this hotel will exceed anyone's expectations in every way and is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to feel at home away from home. Thank you Sangau

Won't be returning

Lovely ladies in reception. Nice to have on site parking. Located close to city and some great restaurants just a short stroll down the street.

Person in interconnecting room was noisy from about 5.30am. Spoke to Manager? and his response was that the person is a regular and he will speak to him. Did not even suggest to move us to another room. I was quite happy to pay extra if need be, to able to have a sleep in, on my holiday. Nothing much changed the next morning. On departure I handed back the key to the Manager? and he did not even ask if things changed. He came across to me as unpleasant and that he didn't care. Towels were changed but sugar not replenished.

Quiet central location

The hotel was in a location that suited us for the one night stay. Nice and quiet and opposite the Marina. The Pizza/Pasta restaurant next to the hotel was handy for dinner. We enjoyed a walk into the city centre where there are some lovely old buildings. Great to have easily accessible parking. Staff were welcoming and the room was clean.

We stayed in a hotel room so no kitchen facilities/ability to make breakfast (there are other room options)

Great location and apartment wish the bed was better

I loved the size of the apartment and the that it had a great washing machine and dryer and fridge and micro and balcony with a lovely view.

The bed was very uncomfortable and only had a sheet (blanket was in the cupboard but was a bit sus)

Superb

We where travelling across to magnetic island the next day by car ferry. This was situated about 500 metres from where we where staying which was ideal. We also caught up with friends on the cafe strip which was also only a few hundred metres from the Anchorage.

even though the room needs attention i would stay again for the reasins stated above.

i liked the location and the beds were comfortable. the cleaning staff were helpful..loved the view of the marina and close proximity to restaurants.

the bathroom tiles were extremely mouldy. the air conditioning unit on balcony was extremely noisy i believe the hotel could supply a plate and a bowl to allow some eating in the room. one teaspoon is ridiculous. the blankets were tatty and need replacing. the balcony and sliding door tracks need a thorough clean.

Amazing, accommodating staff, beautiful clean and large rooms with a view, 3 pools to choose from, comfortable beds, great water pressure in the shower, lovely view from our room and close to everything! Have booked here before and will book here again! Also very affordable and great value for money!

Location good, close to everything. Apartment had everything for stay but needs a good clean.

The location was good, close to restaurants and the stadium. Secure offsite street parking. The bed was comfortable and there was air conditioning throughout the apartment.

The property was quite dirty. Dead cockroaches around the apartment. All the door and window sills were very dirty. There was a musty smell throughout the apartment which you smelt as soon as you walked in the door. The bathtub did not look like it had been cleaned properly either. Considering the high price per night we were charged I would of expected a better standard.

The room was comfortable and the location of the hotel was excellent. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. I would recommend as a place to stay in Townsville

The lift was super slow which was annoying as the only access to our rooms. It would be good to also access the stairs with a key or fob.

Only stayed the one night and it was great. Very helpful with my late check in, close to restaurants, very clean & comfortable room. Had foxtel to watch football and movies which is a bonus ! very happy with my stay.
