A wonderfully warm welcome, cosy bedroom, comfortable bed, plenty of tea and coffee in the room, homemade cookies, delicious breakfast, so much attention to detail.

This place was fantastic, very clean, comfortable and homely place. The location couldn’t get any better as it was situated in the heart of Hythe with plenty of wonderful pubs/ restaurants and any amenity needed such as the main large supermarket chains. Elizabeth and Martin were fantastic and made us feel very welcome, recommending places of interest as well as their kindness and flexibility during our stay.
Highly recommend this place!

Home cooked food, really tasty and in a relaxed atmosphere.
Elizabeth and Martin were friendly and welcoming.
Nice to see the sea from the bedroom window.
Hosts do not clean the room each day.
Pubs in Hythe not very inviting.

Great food, lovely people, comfortable bed!
I booked a room with no en-suite, and having an en-suite is the only thing that could have made my stay even more comfortable. The room was great though and the separate bathroom was clean, spacious and the shower was great, so no complaints.

Breakfast was home cooked and tasted delicious, catering to dietary requirements was well done and made guests feel safe. The room was spacious, with a modern bathroom, and comfortable large bed.
The location wasn’t as near to activities and sights as we would have liked, and the village/town hasn’t got much to do, however the hotel itself was excellent.

Good location for Hythe and the Ferry to Southampton, breakfast was good. Parking Ok.
but no jam or fruit or yogurt and only a couple of choices of cereal an even then you had to make decision previous night on what's up or online.
On Day 2 I said I won't be down for "Cooked Breakfast" as Breakfast time of 07.30-08.30 too early for me
