Fabulous location, beautiful property that was thoughtfully furnished with great attention to detail.
Limited head space in the upstairs bedroom but a small price to pay for wonderful views out to sea.

Overall we are very happy with everything. Bare in mind that if u are aware of english summer, it's amazing to have a hot tub and a cosy bedding. We liked that the kitchen was fully equipped. Surprisingly, there's lots to watch on TV too.Baby supplies. Dog supplies. Amazing. And short distance to the beach. We, as a family, had a great holiday
As we travelled with 2 years old, I found only one inconvenience. It's quite difficult to wash out the sand with a stationary shower. Would be amazing to have a shower hose for a quick wash.

Location good
Arrangement of two double beds was not good - a double and tweo singles would have suited us better.
We asked for the sofa bed in the lounge to be made up, but it wasn't.
Trip hazards externally - steps in decking aren't illuminated.
Latch on front gate damaged - when latched, it is very difficult to re-open

Cottage had everything you could possibly need for a holiday break. It was a quiet, clean lovely seaside cottage close to the sea but still near Bournemouth if you needed to go. We were lucky with the weather and managed to sit outside to have breakfast. Its an amazing suntrap out the front and was not even windy. Every need had been thought of from simple things like an airer and hairdryer to dishwasher tablets. We travelled by train but there are taxis available locally. Southbourne Grove was really nice but we did not have time to spend there longer as we hadn't had time to look much into the area beforehand. We knew Bournemouth had exceptional beaches but we found Mudeford sandbanks and Christchurch so spent most of our few days there. Lots of pubs, hotels, restaurants and cafes in the area. Our son in his early twenties came down for a couple of days and loved it. Communication with our hosts was excellent and we loved our biscuits and wine on arrival after a long train journey. The hot tub was an added bonus after walking.

Beautifully decorated, immaculate and perfect set up if you have dogs. Absolutely loved being able to see and hear the sea from the bedrooms. Stones throw from a beautiful dog friendly beach! We will most definitely be back

A wonderfully appointed holiday cottage. Location superb and well served by a host of local amenities.
There is nothing to fault about this holiday cottage.

Very cosy, clean and well equipped - had everything we needed as a family with young children. Nice and warm too! Location perfect both for beaches, and cafes and walks aswell as a short drive into Bournemouth.
The top bedroom ceilings are very low (adults could only stand up in the centre of the room) and bed is a small double.

property was ideally located to the beach and also family that we were visiting
could hear others staying in neighbouring property late at night, they weren’t particularly noisy but could hear talking.
Couldn’t find a frying pan, not a big deal but might have been useful 🙂

The property is in a perfect location, just 200 yards from a sandy beach. The decor is modern, pragmatic and very comfortable, with various lounging chairs, outdoor furniture and a hottub. It is dog-friendly, as are the beaches, and secure.
Nothing.

Distance to the sea was excellent.
Very comfortable bed, woke up feeling refreshed.
Dog friendly which is a big plus to the owner.
The sound of the jacuzzi, in the background.
Couldn't get BBC 1 or ITV on the TV.
Door handle to the ensuite hanging off, could have got trapped, but didn't.

Accommodation and location
The dividing wall was too thin - we were kept awake by someone snoring next door

A lovely place to stay and in a fantastic location - beach was literally a 2 minute walk. Seaside Cottage had everything you could possibly need and the hot tub was a nice added touch. The enclosed garden was fantastic for our dog. Will definately be booking again.
Nothing - there was nothing not to like.

It was a lovely property located a 5 minute walk from the beach. The hosts provided all the information from emergency medical to local take aways which was great.
The showers were scalding. The hosts got back to us very quickly when we asked about it and it turns out there's a knack to the showers but we didn't know this at first and each ended up bathing. The brochures need updating. Some of them are years out of date.

We loved the location, a nice quiet neighbourhood very near to the beach and the nature reserve of Hengistbury Head and Mudeford. Still very easy to drive down the centre of Bournemouth for all the busier family amusements near to the pier. The cottage itself is very comfortable and spick and span.
All good as far as we were concerned.

The property was of a really high spec and had everything we needed
Only issue was the height of the second bedroom and not being able to stand up at all

Perfect location, really close to the beach with great views from both bedrooms. Lovely clean house. Family friendly. A lovely touch having treats left for us. Would definitely stay again

The downstairs space is very sociable and light and bright.
The double bed was 2 singles pushed together, which made it uncomfortable unless staying on one side of the bed.
