Perfection. Will most definitely return

The location was perfect and the welcome pack of goodies was just what we needed. Lots of useful local information in a booklet. The property was decorated beautifully throughout, and well kitted out with upmarket kitchen appliances etc. We wanted for nothing and would love to return. The host communicated very quickly and efficiently.

Lovely town house with fabulous views in a really cool seaside town.

Fabulous well-appointed town house with fantastic views from every floor over the harbour. Extremely comfortable for a party of 5-6. Just a few (steep!) steps away from the high street and quay.

Beautiful views from a beautiful house

The view of the Harbour. The decor of all the rooms. The well-equipped kitchen. The cleanliness and the privacy afforded to all the bedrooms/bathrooms on each of the three floors. The excellent communication that the host provides for any questions/queries. Finally for our stay over Christmas a tree with lights was provided. A perfect place to stay.

The fact that its so popular we wonder when we'll get another chance to book it!!

outstanding accommodation , well worth the money & superb free parking too

exceptional accommodation that literally had everything. really comfy& everything was of the highest quality. the decor was so tasteful too. superb hamper on arrival & the kindest of owners. would absolutely recommend & look forward to staying again.

the only down side was the huge hill / steps from town . not suitable for those less mobile. however the amazing view made up for the only downside

Exceptional

The house was perfectly located, spotless and exceptionally well equipped. The personal service was wonderful and we felt that nothing would be too much trouble.

The only drawback was the limited parking for the larger car.

A wonderful, cosy house with fantastic views. Perfect for a group of 3 couples.

Exceptional property; we had a wonderful family break. Beds were very comfy, the whole house was very cosy in the cold weather. The view was spectacular and the little additions made us feel very welcome.

Very very small things, none of which really need correction. However the only thing of note is how incredibly hot the water and radiators got, and how is was sometimes difficult to get COLD water! However this is a VERY minor thing and didn't affect the quality of our stay at all!

Superb

Beautiful views from all the balconies and having breakfast watching the sunrise was magical. Amazing decor and comfy beds too.

Not enough comfortable seating for 4 (never mind 6) people to relax in the lounge together! Needs another sofa not two hard chairs.

Just back from a five night stay. A really beautiful property with amazing views. It was a pleasure to come back to after a day exploring. Huge attention to detail throughout and a great location. Would thoroughly recommend.

Great family holiday

The views are just amazing and all the comforts of the house make it a perfect Cornish holiday. Spent many hours watching the boats coming in and out (a huge variety). Every bedroom and lounge had wonderful views of the harbour.

An outstanding property

Pictures don’t do the view from the balconies justice - it’s stunning. The location is very close to the main high street, the garage is convenient, the rooms are all a good size and the decor suits the property

We couldn’t find the remote for one of the Dyson air coolers and two of the shower plugs were starting to get a little clogged so water did start to build up slightly. But this really is nitpicking, it’s a fantastic property!

Fabulous house with wonderful views

The property was beautiful, well equipped and very clean. Had balconies off lounge and all bedrooms. Highly recommend this house. Great base to enjoy Falmouth and the surrounding area.

It is quite high up in the town do you need good legs if you want to walk in to town - very steep. However easy to drive in

Exceptional

Helena, our host was most helpful prior to our arrival and responded to any queries promptly during our stay. The property itself is stunning, with gorgeous views of the sea from every room. The decor is tasteful and in keeping with the location, and the amenities are top notch! Quality kitchenware to thoughtful inclusions like hair dryers and cooling fans in each room. I can’t fault anything, and highly recommend this as a bolt hole by the beautiful sea of Cornwall. Location wise, you are only a few minutes walk to shops, restaurants and bars but honestly we ate mostly at the property because views like that are not available elsewhere!
