The location was perfect and check in could not have been easier!
It was clean for the most part but the floors and walls could have been wiped down a little better!

We liked how close the apartment was located to Temple Bar. It was a very convenient and quick walk. The apartment itself was comfortable. There was a fire alarm on the first morning we were there but fortunately it was late morning (after we had slept in from a long day the prior day) and we had been forewarned that a drill happens once a month.
We didn't like how we needed to download an app and use WIFI to open the main door to the building and also to access our apartment. We much rather would have preferred using a key code or an actual key. The WIFI was spotty directly outside of the building and the codes wouldn't always work so we had to call once and have our daughter let us in another time. Definitely not a good feeling when you're trying to get into a building and can't, especially after dark. Having arrived via taxi from the airport, it was not very convenient to have to go to a location 3-4 blocks away from where we were staying to get our check-in info. Definitely need a stronger WIFI signal.

Close to all the facilities bars and restaurants
The door locks are opened by Wi-Fi , so you need enough phone charge to open the doors. Our drunken neighbours locked themselves out and where banging and shouting for more than 1 hour at 3am

location location location!
had trouble with dryer and washer. better instructions are needed in booklet for this model.

The location was great. And it was well appointed with kitchen things.
The off site check in seemed unnecessary. There was no reason I could see where I actually needed to go to a different location. The key app and the passwords could have been emailed. Also, the property we were in was not the property we had pictures of when we booked.

location,
w/d had nasty water sitting in it on arrival, ran it empty and took forever but we were able to use it after. stomping upstairs, tv didn’t have any working apps/channels without an account.

Having to collect key from the office on over side Dublin was nightmare after arranging to check-in at property then having to catch taxi to office back to temple bar

Very clean centrally located quite spacious I would definitely recommend it .

Location and fully stocked kitchen. Clothes washer but difficult to figure out.
Cleanliness was marginal- found a dirty plate in the stack. I found the Bluetooth key system to be really finicky.

Location
Noise, thin walls, you could hear everything, had to sleep with earplugs

The location was perfect! It was very clean, safe area, and great for families with children.
The pull out bed was not comfortable. It was VERY noisy, people above us walking around and the bars below us (this is not the apartment company fault, it is just one of those areas)!!! My mother and aunt (in their late 60s) both slipped in the shower from it being slippery, we had to put a towel down to help them with getting in and out of the shower (I would recommend maybe putting some kind of grip strips on the floor of the tub.

The location was ideal for the city centre and right by the Temple Bar area. For its location it was really quiet, both from street noise and other residents.
For a group looking for a short and affordable break, it suited us fine.
We turned up without realising we had first to go to the offices to check in. A 15 minute walk - probably our fault but a bit of a pain.
Putting on the radiators wasn't obvious.
The decor was basic but that was ok for us.

spotless, perfect location, perfectly equipped
a little noisy but that’s expected being in the centre.

lovely apartment with plenty of space in all bedrooms and lovely lounge area
went into the property and the job was wet assumed nothing of it and wiped it down. went out for the day and when we got back there was a leak in the ceiling. we put a bucket under it and it was manageable but we had to get up to check on it and empty the bucket throughout the night. we went to the office in the morning to speak to them about the inconvenience it had caused and what the next steps were and they fixed it and offered a compensation of free airport travel which is the equivalent of a €25-€30 cab to which we replied was pretty poor compensation considering the health and safety of side of putting us in an apartment with a leak. they said they agreed and that the manager will be in the next day and will contact us as soon as they could. we were also informed that they will sort the leak and we said we are happy to stay in the apartment for convenience sake if the leak gets fixed. the next day I get a email from Tomasz the manager saying they can’t offer us anything more than a transfer and that because we did not move apartments or downgraded, (which would’ve once again caused us more inconvenience on our short stay in Dublin) that offering a discount was not possible. all in all the apartment wasn’t cheap but for the location it was worth it. the customer service on the other hand was poor. constantly offering the same compensation, which was simply not acceptable and making excuses as to why they could not offer more because we didn’t make our trip more of an inconvenience by moving and downgrading.

The apartment is in a wonderful location with a great view of the River Liffey. The room was a nice size for our family of four. We loved having a washer/dryer as we were on a two week vacation. The apartment is very close to the Temple Bar and other restaurants/bars. There was also a grocery near by. The Wi-Fi worked well which was great for our two teenagers. Though we didn't use the buses, there is a bus stop in front of the apartment.
Where we picked up the keys for the apartment is not near the apartment. Luckily, we asked our taxi driver to wait as we picked up the keys. The driver then drove us to the apartment from the pick up site. If you are arriving by taxi, have the driver wait unless you want to have a 15 to 20 minute walk, according the the check in attendant, to the apartment with you luggage.

The position was excellent, in the centre of Dublin, and direct to reach from the airport. Nevertheless silent
all day/night long! A beautiful flat.
We booked for 4 people, but just two flew to Dublin. So the apartment was perfect, but if we were the whole family... there were no wardrobes at all, and it would have been too small.

Location is great. Right in the center and with river view.
Beds were really uncomfortable both sofa and twin beds, main window was dirty.

It was easy to check-in and get the keys. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I do appreciate that they stayed open later since our flight landed late.
To get to the location to get the keys was an extra 13 minute walk to the rental office and back. The price was more expensive than I would have liked.

Good location, clean.
It was sooooo noisy! To the point where you can’t sleep. The rooms are all street facing so you can hear cars, buses on the road, drunk people talking outside and it is on top of a nightclub so the music was blasting overnight until 3am.
Also need to pick up keys at a different location to the apartment which is on the bad side of town and a 15 minute walk so not ideal. No parking and just too noisy. honestly wouldn’t stay here again.

The location was excellent. Everything we wanted to see was in walking distance. We had everything we needed and the apartment was very clean.

too far away from the property, not an easy experience

The unit is comfortable and well appointed. Great location. Very close to everything. We could walk everywhere, which we loved. Place was very cleaned. A small item needed to be repaired, and it was taken care of promptly. It’s clear that management takes good care of the property. The shower had decent water pressure and the kitchen had all we needed. The main bedroom is a bit small. But there is plenty of closet space. It’s a great unit.
Noise coming from next door. The building is located next to an ink shop / hair salon. They play music all day long and into the night. You will hear the music all the time, even with the windows closed. The walls I guess are too thin.
maybe avoid units on the first floor which are the ones adjacent to the ink shop.
It was also a bit warm. They should provide a fan or two. And the windows could use some screens to keep bugs away.
I wish check out had been at 11 instead of 10:30

In the middle of temple bar
I think I went deaf in at least one ear. Incessant noise. And every single piece of furniture was damaged. Prepare for cameras in the staircases.
