A little gem in the heart of Brighton!

The location was fantastic. An easy walk to the train station, and to the beach. There are lots of restaurants and pubs located nearby including one that is literally 10 feet from the front door!

That I couldn't stay longer! It would be nice to have a little patio or front stoop to sit on, but it wasn't a big deal. The stairs are steep and narrow so if you are mobility-challenged it will be tough getting upstairs to the bedrooms and bathroom. If you are able, however, the unit is easy to move around in.

Perfect

Location and cleanliness and the layout of the property. Everything you need and more for a short stay and very helpful staff. Definitely will book again when it becomes available. Probably the best and I travel a lot.

Cosy, well located but a little lacking.

Location was great and little to no disturbance from the restaurant/pub across the alley. Staff quick to respond.

Would have liked if living room and kitchen had been slightly bigger and brighter. Check in at 1600 is a little late. Great if the communication with the property/staff could have been a little more personal. A bit too business-like for me.

it is a very recommended property. We will surely rent this property again when in Brighton

1. Location is great, better than expected. walking distance to most of attraction area (beach, mall, supermarkets, etc) 2. easy on getting in to the property 3. Very comfortable 3. Very good value for money

Most of the furniture and amenities are clean, however the window blinders, heater and inside the kitchen cabinet is dusty. Although most of all are still within acceptable range, would be great if owner take more attention on the cleanliness.

Lovely, cosy and cute. Would love to stay here again.

There's a really friendly pub opposite the property - Just a few steps away. There were also tea and coffee making facilities. It was very cute and comfortable. You felt right at home.

The fridge smelt of strong cheese.

Cute regency house

The house was well located near the town and the seafront. Comfortable and well equipped.

The pub opposite was a little noisy but was quiet by 11pm.

Very good

The shower was a little precarious for those with mobility issues, a non-slip mat would have been appreciated. Also it was almost on top of a pub next door, which was fine during the week, but may be an issue at weekends. there was no mention of this in the booking literature.

Had a really good week in Brighton.

The location was good. It was a good size house/cottage with two double bedrooms and a nice sized lounge/kitchen. Nicely furnished

I cannot criticise the property. There was a pub nearby, however it was quiet and the people were nice and friendly when we visited it.

Very clean. Stylish and in good order. Management staff very responsive and pleasant.

The noise from the pub, the door of which was a few metres from the door to the house. It sounded like the entertainment was in the living room with us. The bathroom floor, which was split level and slate tiled. Difficult to manoeuvre without banging shins on the step up to the bath, or tripping where the floor is split level, or slipping when stepping down from the bath onto the slate step with wet feet. The house is generally much smaller than it looks on the photos. It can allegedly sleep six, but only three of you could sit in the living room and you’d be constantly in each other’s way.

Great location! Highly recommended!

Location was fantastic for us. Comfortable check-in. The house looks exactly like the pictures! You have everything you need! Globally it was excellent! One big room and one smaller, both with double sized beds, very comfy!

It was quite cold on arrival. The upstairs bedroom door didn't close. Noisy street (but the hosts provide ear plugs!).
