Alles, war alles super! Sara war immer hilfsbereit und freundlich!
Einzige Problem war einen Parkplatz in der Nähe zu finden.

The apartment was being thoroughly cleaned when we arrived early to drop our bags as arranged (Check in was 2pm and we arrived at 11.30am). Great location and easy access (1st Floor). Nice balcony and air conditioning.
Beds are just singles pushed together with no toppers to hold them together when made into doubles, with very hard mattresses, making them very uncomfortable. Showers have no overhead option, just hand held shower heads - not great!! Noise from neighbouring apartment was dreadful!! If you are light sleepers/easy disturbed then bring ear plugs!

Apartment was large enough with 4 bathrooms and in a good neighbourhood with plenty of amenities and restaurants nearby.
Location is a 20 minute walk to the nearest Metro stop, so isn’t for somebody who wants to be local.

Great location, easy walk to Vatican City, bus stop is right in front of the building, good restaurants and places to eat around, apartment is old but well kept, very convenient for large groups, sleeps 12. People, the blinds are great to sleep late, it is a great value.

Plenty of space for families. Great location
The owners were very friendly and did everything to help us enjoy our experience of Rome
We were charged 50 Euro for storing our cases for an extra 3 half hours. It was for 5 cases but they included back packs and handbags as extra
We were also charged 50 euro for a toilet button they said we broke. It must of been on its way out as when we first used it it was making a loud noise and the water didn’t come out so had to press it twice. Didn’t report it as thought that was a usual thing in Italy so we just used the other toilets in there. We could not prove that it was like that as we didn’t report it for above reasons
We did not know that you had to buy tickets for the bus and get them validated and got on the bus and was fined 50 euro each immediately. This could of been explained to us. So our last day in Rome cost us 400 euro

The host was super friendly and helpful from the moment I’ve booked the apartment. I’ve traveled with a large group and they arranged for us the transport from and to the airport at a very reasonable price. Miss Sara and Miss Claudia were very responsive at all the requests we’ve made and did all they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible! The apartment was 20 minutes away from Vatican and St Pietro square, also the bus stop was in front of the building. In the area there are lot’s of stores, pharmacies and restaurants. The area itself is located in a good and safe neighbourhood! 10/10 for the host and the apartment!
The only downside was the heating of the apartment. The main source of heating of the apartment is the building heating system operated by the building administrator, so if he doesn’t turn on the heating system it will be cold. In the apartment there are AC’s in every room, but due to the main electrical panel it is not possible to turn all of the AC’s at the same time otherwise the electricity will go off. Unfortunately in the first night we turned only one AC and the water boiler was working and the power went off! Luckily Miss Claudia was kind enough to come at the apartment and turn the power back on from the main electrical panel!

The Janitor/Security man was pedantic about us being off the property after our stay whilst we waited for transport, even though it was raining outside
