Everything!!!
A little tricky to find. It may have been us.

Sarah was very welcoming. The property was well equipped and very clean and comfortable. There was loads of room for us to relax and we appreciated the quality furniture, TVs and bedding
We had no complaints or grumbles and would stay there again

Beautiful property in a peaceful location.
Well furnished and equipped.
We loved everything! Just one thing that needs attention and that was a flickering security light at the front of property.

Great location and very accessible to amenities
Nothing - it was lovely.

Lovely, spacious and some extra little from Sarah made it extra special.

Well presented lovely property. Exceptionally clean. Quiet location.
Shower was unusable as temperature couldn’t be controlled. Was scolding hot or freezing cold. This was reported to owner on day one and fed back as fixed that day. However day two was no different. On reading reviews this has been an issue for around two years. It really needs addressing to command the price charged as during a two day stay we couldn’t shower adequately.

Lovely space to have a quiet night away. Very well equipped and comfortable seating and sleeping areas. Sarah was very helpful and gave us a lovely, warm welcome. Would definitely stay again.

Very spacious, with a modern kitchen and excellent furnishings. Very quiet and safe area. Very helpful owner who ensured we had all we needed.
4.7
Beautifully spacious and comfortable. Immaculately clean . Great care had been taken over every aspect. Very friendly hosts .A bottle of Prosecco was chilling in the fridge on arrival , and also a pint of milk.
Nothing to criticise.
4.7
Stunning property, excellent location. Very comfortable with everything you could need for a family break. Great that dogs are welcomed too
No dislikes as such. Only downside was that the property is so lightly coloured and white seating we were a little on edge throughout the stay as we were staying with multiple dogs!

What an amazing place to stay, lovely building, lovely decour, Sarah was the best host, helpful, attentive and went the extra mile to make our stay memorable.
All perfect

Lovely place to stay, a friendly welcoming host who lives next door but did not bother us at all. more than big enough for the 4 of us and the dog. The place was immaculate, and some bubbly and chocolates left out was a nice little suprise. Great location close to town centre and the beaches. Would definitely book again.

First impression when we parked up was how pretty it looked.
very spacious inside and comfortable sofas.
Nice touch was a complimentary bottle of Prosecco on ice bucket and chocolates.
Safe outside space for our dogs to laze about. Good sun trap for us too.
Nothing negative to say.

Lovely place. The little touches made it a cut above the rest.

A great property, very well equiped. We (2 adults, 2 kids, 1 dog) were very comfortable here for the two nights, and could easily have stayed longer. We found it spacious, and having two sitting rooms gave the kids somewhere of their own. Berwick has enough shops locally so family meals are easily done.
Nothing, the property was perfect - in fact better than the pictures and better than we expected.

Cosy. Spacious.
Not far from Berwick or the beach.

Very spacious, comfortable and warm. Nicely decorated and kitchen dining area well resourced. Great base for exploring local area. Short distance from Berwick. Scremerston very quiet place which we liked.
There was nothing that we didn’t like about this property.
4.7
Excellent location and service. Sarah, we'll be back!
Slight inconvenience is the only toilet in the bathroom on first floor.

spacious clean and well catered for families

The Old Vicarage is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The treats on arrival were a lovely surprise. Would definitely stay again.

The Old Vicarage was very tastefully decorated to a high standard with lots of thoughtful unexpected extras.
The property was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The owner was lovely, friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for Berwick and the local beach was nice and dog friendly.

A great location for or the attractions in the area. the beach is only a 2 mile drive. Holy Island is just up the road and Bamburgh Castle is not much further on. The house is perfect for families as it has two sitting rooms so the kids can enjoy watching films or play games on the Xbox provided while the adults enjoy the quiet in the other lounge. The property is very well appointed and on arrival a bottle of bubbly on ice and chocolates awaited us which was a lovely touch. the village Scremerston is nice and quiet but only a few miles from Berwick upon Tweed so close enough to drive or jump in a taxi if you fancy a night out in town for a nice meal. I would recommend Limoncello Restaurant. A perfect property
This property would be perfect if it had a hot tub in the little courtyard.

We've just returned from a lovely stay at The Old Vicarage. We had everything we needed and the host Sarah is absolutely lovely. The little touches of prosecco (already on ice), chocs and milk were greatly appreciated. Comfy beds, large rooms, everything very clean. Lots of info about local places to go to. Easy reach of several lovely beaches and easy to get into Alnwick, Bamburgh etc. We'd definitely stay again.

This villlage property is set in a lovely garden, just outside Berwick itself. The house is very spacious, tastefully furnished and immaculately presented by Sarah, who gave us a lovely warm welcome. The bubbly and chocs on our arrival were a kind and thoughtful touch. Thank you, Sarah.
The kitchen and dining area had everything you could need for self catering, with Nespresso machine and even delicious coffee pods provided. Another unexpected touch!
The large double bed was beautifully comfy. There is a second bedroom with two single beds, which we didn't need to use, but which would be ideal for a holiday with family or friends.
The two lounges, each with a TV and plenty of comfy settees are also ideal. There were lots of books, DVDs and games available. Sarah really had thought of everything guests might need.
The bathroom, with shower and lovely large, luxurious bath towels, is perfect. The whole property adjoins the owner's home, so although Sarah respects your privacy during your stay, she is on hand and very ready to help if you need anything.
Outdoors there's a lovely private area with BBQ, table and chairs. Just perfect on a warm day.
All in all, we had a wonderful stay. Thanks again to Sarah and family.
We loved everything.
