I’d recommend this hotel to anyone for a peaceful stay in Beddgelert

This hotel is in a stunning location in walking distance to the town. The staff were very friendly and helpful with guiding us around the local area. The room was lovely and so was the bar/breakfast area. The continental breakfast was fresh and tasty and the cooked breakfast was delightful. We would definitely stay here again, thank you

Fabulous views

The views from Ty Afon, the staff were friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was included in our package, which was very good. Excellent choice.

We enjoyed our stay overall, the owners and their choice of staff are delightful and very welcoming, nothing was too muc

The location was fabulous, quiet but still close to the village amenities and of course parking wasn’t an issue.

The rooms weren’t particularly soundproofed as we could hear other people in adjoining rooms. We had paid for a ‘luxury king’ and though the room was comfortable, it wasn’t particularly spacious and we felt there were a few touches that were missing for this grade of room. These would include, a box of tissues, bedside lamps (though there were wall lights), a carafe of water and glasses, a room fan, feather pillows. We also thought it a little strange that the toilet seat appeared to be cheap plastic on what was decent sanitary ware, there was no glass shower screen (just an awful curtain) and the bathroom needed a little attention by way of fixing the cracked tiles and an area along the bottom of the bath where a leak had presumably been.

Amazing place to stay

Really friendly staff, we were met at the reception and shown to our room. They were extremely helpful, polite and informational. BreKfSt was beautiful with lots of selection. Fantastic views from the property. We will definitely return and recommend others

My wife and I could only stay one night but would have loved to have stayed longer. we will be back.

It is very comfortable, couldn’t beat the setting. Facilities were better than expected, comfortable bed, nice toiletries etc…warm welcome by the owner, who made us feel very much at home.

The most amazing stay ever <3

The property is located in a lovely small village surrounded by the mountains. The most amazing about this place are people, so welcoming and friendly. Gorgeous smile of the lady at the breakfast would brighten darkest soul. We have received such a useful advices regarding best routes to the mountains. We even received champagne when we shared news about engagement on that day. We felt so special and happy. I couldn’t recommend more Bryn Eglwys House

The worst thing about staying at Bryn Eglwys House is fact that you don’t want to go back to your own home
