Very relaxing vacation in a secure place.

Location is near the beach and restaurants

We have stayed in this apartment last year and this year and this time around we felt that the bed linen and towels could be of a higher standard. I know that this is just a small thing but it would not cost a lot to upgrade. Everything else was great. Very secure and we have already booked for next year.

Not good for the price.

General location. Air conditioning.

Shower not working properly. Many of the features mentioned on your website not available. Only contact to administration phone or email. Shower problem not seen to during stay. No place to dispose of rubbish. Wi-fi address on door different from on info sheet and wi-fi and both incorrect. Toilet seat not correct size for toilet.

Good location - for holidaying around Tenerife. Used the apartment as a base - although on a busy street - it was quiet at night.

Would have been lovely to have a better view of the sea, rather than over rooftops. But as used as a base was good.

100% recommend it. Lovely location, cleanless and atmoshpere.

Everything was better then expected - the manager Nicola is an amazing and very helpful guy. So happy with apartment and location in common. Will book next time 100% and recommend it for 100% for sure.

Good location, everything required in the studio. would stay again.

A good location with a few minutes walk to the beach and also good restaurants close by to dine at. Our flight was initially delayed and Nicola was very helpful in getting us the keys to the studio. The studio was clean and had everything required for a couple on holiday.

Nicola was very good and prompt if we had a problem , balcony view , easy access to beach ,bars and restaurants,

more space needed for clothes , not much kitchen worktop space

The best accomodation in a lovely island

The best area in the island. The accomodation is pretty cozy. The ocean view is unbelievable. The best point is dring a local beer on the terrace :) The host (Nicola) is a really nice, and helpful guy.

Definitely not a 9

Price Terrace

Hello everyone, I don’t know why this place has a 9 rating on booking but it’s wrong. This is a 7, optimistically a 7.5. People please keep it real when you post a rating. It doesn’t have internet. It has wifi but internet doesn’t work. Contacted the property administrator he said is something temporary. I’m sure it’s not. He didn’t really care. So if you travel and work and need internet, stay away. Seen a cockroach inside and the portal is ugly.

COVID times

Location was good and the apartment although small was tastefully decorated and was equipped with all pots pans and utensils for self catering. Close to the beach with plenty of bars and restaurants and a lovely sea view. Perfect to sit on the terrace with a glass of wine! Nice sun terrace at the back with sun loungers and access to washing machine. Nicola was very good and picked us up and dropped us at the airport. Thank you

Too small and about 20 steps up to the apartment with no lift not good if you have knee or breathing problems.

A Comfortable & Central place to Stay

This Apartment is within a building with approx 4/5 other apartments and borders between Play Las Americas and Adjege (7 minutes walk either direction). The Promenade is only a 3/4 minute walk away where you have easy access to an abundance of Bars, Restaurants, Cafes and Shops. The Large Commercial Centre is about a 10 minute walk in the opposite direction with a short hill to climb on the way there. The apartment we were allocated served our needs very well. It was a 20 sqm Double Room with a kitchenette and sitting area, large Bathroom with Shower and a Balcony from which clear views of the sea could be had. Laundry facilities were available. There was a beautiful Patio/Garden to relax, eat or take a drink in if you wished. The Management here were excellent and extremely helpful. Overall a really pleasant stay, Thank you Jessie !
