We had another fabulous stay at Casa Berta. The apartment was very clean and had everything that we expected. Joaquin was there to meet us at check in when we arrived. The roof terrace is just brilliant. We will hopefully be returning next year. Would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at this property and would definitely book again when coming back to Tenerife. The roof terrace is amazing albeit the spiral stairs leading up to it are not for the faint-hearted! It lost one star as we felt the kitchen could have been equipped slightly better eg more cutlery provided to save constantly washing it given there's a dishwasher available. We were delayed at the airport on our way out to Tenerife but communication was good with Montse (owner's wife) who met us at the property and showed us around. This was our first holiday since 2019 so we were delighted with how clean everything was in the property which is paramount in the present Covid environment.

Unfortunately we didn’t initially have any beach towels but that was rectified within the hour. The property is in a very nice complex and we particularly like the roof terrace.

Had a lovely stay at the property. It’s in an ideal spot if you like peace and quiet, however it’s only a short walk to the Del Duque beach area, bars and restaurants. Lovely quiet rooftop terrace with sun lounges. Montse met us at the property as agreed and showed us around. Would recommend this property

This apartment has everything you need for a relaxing break in the sun. The owner allowed us an early check in because we were on an early flight and met us with the keys. We walked to and from the bars and restaurants along the front every day but it is quite a slog back up, burned off some extra calories. The sun terrace is huge with plenty of outdoor furniture, for which the owners provided cushions which aren’t shown on the pictures. The apartment is located in a quiet area 12 - 15 minutes stroll to playa del duque which was perfect for us. Thank you Joaquin and Montse for a lovely holiday.

Roof terrace was fabulous , very private with views of the sea .Odd raised platform round the bed which served no purpose and got in the way especially during the night . We just spent a fantastic 10 days at Casa Berta! Communication with Joaquin was great before arriving - very quick to respond to any queries. Apartment is perfect for couples or a small family - very clean, with TV, WI-fi., etc. The best feature for us was the rooftop terrace without a doubt. A great feature of the property where we spent a huge amount of time sunbathing and eating meals in a private space! The complex itself also had a great feeling of exclusivity and was very quiet at all times - we very rarely saw anyone at the pool and could use without any hassle. The apartment is ideally located and just a short walk from the beach, restaurants and commercial areas, although be prepared for the hill climbs when returning with any shopping! We would highly recommend this property to anyone who likes to do their own thing.

It was great to see the apartment in real life having been looking at it for so long. It is exactly like the pictures. Things that haven't been commented on before that are worth mentioning is, lots of mirrors (being a female, full length mirrors are important and so are mirrors near where you can plug in the hairdryer/straightners etc) On the topic of sockets - there were plenty to plug in all your electrical devices!! Lots of storage too, wardrobe/drawers and even a wall mounted shoe cabinet. The roof area is amazing, we spent most of our time there. Hubby was in his element with the bbq. We did find it difficult to get meat and even coals for the BBQ but there was a larger supermarket Centro Comercial & Ocio Gran Sur, Calle Lisboa, 2, 38660 Costa Adeje. It was on the opposite side of the main road and further towards Costa Adeje. It had everything and was better value than the other local shops. All in all it was a great holiday, great apartment!!

This apartment was lovely, the roof terrace was amazing and the area is very quiet. It would have been nice to have some English satellite channels on the TV for relaxing nights in. The hill back up from the shops, restaurant area is quiet steep but a taxi is only €5.

We had yet another great time staying in this apartment. It is well appointed with cushions for the sun loungers and chairs. The roof terrace is fabulous and we spent most mornings having breakfast up there. The pool area is beautiful and there were plenty of sun loungers to use. The beach is a 10 minute walk downhill and it is very clean. There is a Spar at the bottom of the hill too which is very handy for buying water and some other provisions. The nearest big supermarket is Mercadona and that is a 25minute walk. You need to cross over the main road behind the apartment. We walked there and got a taxi back which was 6/7 Euros. There are restaurants nearby in La Caleta, try Jade Stone it has a great choice of menu and reasonable prices and food is great. Overall we had another lovely stay in Costa Adeje.

This was a really lovely apartment, however if you have mobility issues bear in mind it is at the top of a hill. Only about 5-10 minute walk to the beach/bars and the main walkway along the coast. My only niggles would be that there were no beach towels despite this being a beachy place with a pool, and the loungers on the roof top terrace would have been much more comfortable with a cushioned base. These are minor issues and would not prevent me staying again, and I did buy and leave a beach towel. The complex was very peaceful and relaxing and the apartment had everything we needed except for the things mentioned. Thank you for a lovely holiday in your lovely apartment.

Our apartment was lovely, well equipped and really clean. If you struggle with walking this may not be for you. On the very edge of Costa Adeje, the apartment is situated on top of a really steep hill and is about a 10min walk to the nearest shop. The beach is only 10mins away and the beautiful boulevard the same distance. A perfect location for a quiet retreat at a reasonable price. It was paradise for us. The roof terrace was a perfect addition, we had a bbq evening and sat most mornings and late afternoons relaxing here. The address is a bit of an issue as the building name isn't on the address given. You need Residencia Anayet 13A and apartment 6D. Through detective work and asking local residents we worked it out. The owner is very friendly and responds to messages relatively quickly but the phone number given isn't correct so just message and you will get an answer. Overall a wonderful find which helped make a very enjoyable holiday.

Just spent 4 weeks in this apartment in in the upmarket del Duque area of Costa Adeje. Fab location and bonus being able to see the sea from the roof terrace. We loved the terrace and had breakfast up there every day, plus several BBQs too - great space and the best feature of this apartment. Very good Wifi connection and also wide selection of English speaking channels and movies thanks to Sky TV - excellent. Just one or two slight negatives, which prevented us from giving 5 stars, were that we found it hard to locate the exact apartment as insufficent details given and the phone number for the owner, Joaquin, on the HomeAway site is incorrect, so couldn't immediately contact him. Also, we were delayed at the airport so arrived later than anticipated but couldn't tell him. Reading a previous review, other people also noted the same problem, but so far nothing has been addressed and still the incorrect phone number is showing. Also, to be picky, we felt the kitchen could have been just slightly better equipped in some areas e.g. only 1 glass flute in the cupboard to enjoy our bottle of Cava and only 1 tea towel provided (for a 4 week stay), but it didn't spoil our overall enjoyment of the holiday. As I said, this is being a little picky. Although we didn't meet Joaquin in person, he was attentive via text or messages through HomeAway and his partner, who we did meet together with 2 gorgeous young children, is very nice.

The given address is confusing as there is no number 10 on the street and the apartment complex name is not given on your site. This made it difficult for the taxi company to find the property. We would never have known it was apartment 6D except for the help of a resident. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would use this property again.

We've just spent 4 nights at this apartment. The apartment more than met our expectations, so much so that we would like to go back in the future. Joaquin, the owner was very easy to deal with and even gave us a lift from the airport. We loved the sunroof plus how quiet it was around the swimming pool. The area has some lovely restaurants and bars. Definitely plan on returning.

We arrived late afternoon and took a taxi to the address. At our request, the host had already put in bottled water for us. The flat is immaculately clean and there was absolutely everything we needed for our holiday. There are all the basic UK TV channels so for the evenings we were in, we were able to watch some of our regular channels. There is no air-con but there are two fans which were great for us and the temperature was around 25 degrees most nights and 28-30 in the day and we managed alright. We spent each day on the top terrace sitting reading books and having lunch on the middle terrace. There are two very clean pools just outside the front door just for residents use. Each evening, after showering and changing, we walked down hill to the town centre of Costa Adeje, Fanabe Beach,which took about 20 minutes. Its just over a mile I think. We found lots of lovely places to eat, indian, chinese, spanish, seafood restaurants and then there were also the more generic types of restaurant too. We would then just get a taxi back which cost 4 Euros each time. The taxi to and from the airport is about 30 Euros. What could have been better ...... The only thing we didn't like was there is an offset bed frame which is on one side a platform and not on the other side. Getting out of bed first thing when its quite dark you had to remember that there would be a small step down onto the floor so would be better without the frame really. The room would be just as nice without it. The bed was comfy but could have done with some firm pillows the pillows on the bed were both very flat (personal choice I know, but we both normally sleep with two larger pillows) there were two small pillows in the wardrobe but no pillow covers for them. I wrapped them in a couple of large scarves I had with me, but they were still quite flat. The address and the phone number to contact the owner via the HomeAway website are not correct so we were unable to find exactly where to go or to phone him to find out either. I did it by HomeAway emails in the end. Getting back to the airport we had to ask the hotel opposite to get us a taxi as never any in the local rank and no other way to get one. These are very minor things that are easily put right and I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone thinking about visiting here. We would love to return here next year - just need to see when we can organise it! Well done on such a wonderful holiday place for your guests

The apartment was super. The roof terrace was outstanding and we used it every day. All amenities in the apartment were great . A gorgeous pool and always very quiet and very clean. The whole complex is very well looked after. Only a ten minute walk to the beach which was very nice too. Would definitely recommend this apartment.
