Small, but very comfortable.
The owner was very helpful and I got all of needed information in written form via Whatsup. Thanks, Andrea!
The accomodation is in a safe area next to Rome and relatively close to train station in Ciampino (ca. 20 minutes by walk).
The bedroom was silence and the neighbours are not loud, we could rest and sleep without any noise.
We got coffee as a gift and we appreciated it (although unfortunately the guests from the other room drunk them).
We found a wine opener for good quality Italian wines. :-)
The owner prepared natural aqua for visitors, we loved it.
The bathroom was very small, like a "rabbit hole". I don't offer this bathroom above 100kg. :-) There is soap and hairdryer what means good points for evaluation.
There is no small, sharp knife, we found just a big bread slicer, I don't know why?

Not too much..
It is far from the city, the noises of the other room and other levels, the external bathroom was inconfortable for us( we knew the is external)

Spent a week in November.Clean property. Provides taxi from/to airport at good rate. Was 40 euros for both ways. Walking to supermarket 10 min., to train station 20 min. Train takes 15 min. to arrive in Rome.
In the mornings no hot water. Bedroom has no extra plugs to charge gadgets, all were in use.

Very spacious and well equipped apartment. The fridge is full of breakfast items and the Lavazza coffee machine was cool!
The location is good only if you have a car or using a taxi.

Room was nice and clean. Kitchen has good facilities, stove, fridge, kettle, espresso machine.
We have messaged the place upfront that we will arrive late. However, when we arrived at this place at around 21:50,there was no reception. We literally had to call the number provided and we were told that somebody is coming to check in us. When woman finally came,we went to a different building.Apparently the booking.com address is different to the actual address or the place has expanded. Overall not great to wait for somebody to check you in with a big luggage when it's very dark.

Everything was clean and neat. The host was very accessible and kind and helped us a lot. They had everything we needed and it helped us having a good stay. Even tho, it’s a little bit far from the centre, i highly recommend it.

The place is quiet, beautiful, but the house is very far from the center of Rome. To get to Rome - you can travel by train or bus. From the apartment to the train station about 2 kilometers. This means it takes about 20-30 minutes back and forth every morning and every evening.
I asked for 2 single beds - we got one with a shared duvet. Separate mattresses, one of which is very awkward.
Very small shower. Shampoo for hair could be provided.
Coffee, tea, sweets and juices were left for breakfast.
