About this house rental

Greenhill accommodates 10 Adults and 6 children under 12 pleae do not book for anymore than 10 adults as your booking will not be accepted. Ideal for families not suitable for young groups as the property is a strict no noise policy no parties will be tolerated. The home is perfectly positioned on large level block of manicured gardens, this property has it all. Well appointed with 4 bedrooms, master includes King size bed, parents retreat and an ensuite with spa bath to unwind. In addition the other bedrooms located downstairs are privately set with another 1 1/2 bathrooms allocated for convenience. Full size tennis court and games room with pool table complete this ideal weekend retreat.

Our youth group was attending a conference in katoomba at KCC and needed a place to stay. This house turned out to be such a great space for our large group. The kitchen is great, large dining table was awesome, plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The property manager Kerrith was particularly helpful and easy to deal with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A few other reviews mentioned some worn fittings and fixtures, we noticed some of these but it by no means outweighed how nice the space was and for what it is this place is priced well. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Stayed here Easter 2024 with friends and family. Adequate space for our group although two couples had to sleep in cramped double beds, another stayed in a king Linen, towels and kitchen facilities were good. The property is in need of some basic maintenance-eg. front door handle is loose and hard to turn, upstairs towel rack isn't properly fixed to the wall, dryer has intermittent issues. Tennis court can't be used: I advised at the time of booking (months ahead of our stay) that we wanted to use the tennis court. The grass on the court was the same length as the rest of the lawn and didn't allow a tennis ball to bounce properly during a game. Pretty disappointing given the high rental price and that the court is an advertised feature of the property.

Hi, My large family and I spent a lovely four days here to celebrate my wife’s 70th birthday. Pity it rained each day, but that is one thing you cannot book. The house and gardens are awesome with everything supplied, although there are a number of maintenance issues. Main bathroom shower door seal nearly broken off causing water to run on the floor that had to mopped up continuously. One of the upstairs sofa beds (believe quite new) timber frame broken, therefore could not sleep on it. Back of leather lounge broken, which nearly caused a serious accident with two of my young grandchildren. Patio table very unstable. Patio lounge broken and needs to be replaced. One of the timber garden bench seats falling apart with rusty screws exposed. The only two snooker room cue sticks that were available are taped up. Grass tennis court very disappointing, as far too many large dirt patches, maybe even have it resurfaced if budget allows. This beautiful holiday location can be made perfect, as it is such a pity that these simple maintenance issues have been overlooked by the owners. I will possibly return to stay here again. Amazing property! We were a group of 8 mums away for the weekend. Great location and short drive to the Grand Canyon walk which we all did on the Saturday. We had dinner at Zoe’s in Blackheath which was a 5mins drive and great Mexican food. Our only ask would be to request more mirrors, 8 women getting ready and the only mirrors were in the bathrooms. We can’t fault the property otherwise. We all had a great relaxing, chilled weekend away

Great location and house. Perfect for a large group booking with plenty of space for everyone. Unfortunately the tennis court was closed due to the wet weather, but all other facilities on the property were great. Would definitely book this property again.

House was great. Kitchen well equipped and we enjoyed the property. The only issue we had was the games room. It was freezing. Photos showed a working fire place however the fireplace was boarded up. We played pool but had to stop as it was too cold. games shed need a functioning heater. Would highly recommend property for everything else.

A fantastic property - exactly as photos shown. Ideally suited for 9+ adults - plenty of space and areas to relax. Well maintained and quiet grounds. Extremely well stocked kitchen - ample crockery, glasses - every utensil needed is supplied. We had a great weekend even had a visit from Santa - and have every intention to return.

The photos don't do this place justice! It was so beautiful, incredibly clean it honestly was like no one had ever lived in there. The kitchen was stocked up and ready to host big groups! we loved the beautiful tree out the back and the heating throughout the home. We will absolutely be returning. Thank you.

Great location, large house suitable for family gatherings, just needs a bit of love - repainted walls, new couches etc; and shame about the new builds going up on the same block, really takes away the 'country feel'. Property manager Kerrith was amazing. Super responsive and above and beyond helpful!

Great size property. Good location. Could do with a floor lamp and some cushions. Quite dorm-like but great for a large group who want their own beds. Lovely sunny lounge room and kitchen. Great kitchen for cooking in.

This was a beautiful spacious property, with plenty of room to mix and do your own thing. Well-appointed to accommodate our square dance gear. Extremely scenic surroundings which made for a very pleasant stay. We spent a lot of time dancing, but the house was a great place to come home to and relax. Thankyou

This property is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is a large home set in a spacious garden but yet it has a warm and cozy feel about it. We had a family gathering at the property and it was suitable for everyone. We had one appliance that needed replacing which was done within a few hours. The time always goes too quickly when you are away so we will certainly consider coming back again.

Ten women, 3 big birthdays this year! Had to do something special..This house was PERFECT!! Extremely comfortable, well appointed and warm (early August). Dined at Pins in Lurline for Celebration Diner. 6 stars!! Blue Mountains Maxi Taxi was very affordable and reliable!!👏👏👏 An absolute Perfect long weekend away!! Highly recommend Greenhill. We all want to live there!!

We had 8 adults and 8 kids - it is very hard to find a property that would satisfy (and sleep!) all of us. Kitchen / Dining was amply big; the 2 living spaces allowed for adult/kid separation; the property itself was very large, and allowed for the kids to play games and explore. It's situated near nice walks, and only a short drive (or medium walk!) into Blackheath. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing house

We stayed with 3 families at the end of May for my 50th birthday celebrations. The house was perfect and met all our needs. We had 16 people and the house was very spacious and comfortable. The heating and gas log fire kept us beautifully warm, and the lounge on the outside deck was lovely and sunny to relax on in the middle of the day. The house was very clean and neat and everybody commented that their beds were really comfortable. The kids made great use of the tennis court and pool room and we all walked down to Evan's Lookout at the end of the road to enjoy the view. The large dining table was able to seat the whole group together and the kitchen was well stocked and had everything you could possibly need. There was a large fridge and oven which made cooking for the big group easy. Both bathrooms were spotless and luxurious, and the extra shower and toilet in the laundry were very handy with so many people. We couldn't have been more happy with Greenhill and would definitely not hesitate to stay again!

What a beautiful house

What a beautiful house

Perfect for our 4 x families. The house layout is superb with large kitchen and lounge area and huge table, that flows out to the outdoor area - overlooking garden area, tennis court and back cabin with snooker table (which needs repair). The property itself is on a beautiful setting, inside the central heating and gas fire keeps you warm - just take extra blankets perhaps if you are a cold bod as only limited spares in property. That aside, kitchen area has all appliances, plates, glasses and utensils that you need and gas stove and electric oven are big. Outdoor BBQ we didn't use but looks new. Tennis court is on grass and uneven in parts, but good enough for fun times for all that's for sure. Only 1km walk (or 2mim drive) down road to the best walk on the the Mountains - the lovely Grand Canyon walk.

We had an fantastic time at Greenhill with family and friends. It was ideal for a relaxing weekend and to celebrate birthdays and Fathers Day. The house is modern, has plenty of room and great facilities. The kitchen had everything we needed to cater for all of our families. It is in a great location close to the many natural wonders in the Blue Mountains. We would stay again and highly recommend it.

This house is amazing. We absolutely loved it. It had everything you could want. A well equipped kitchen. Incredible dining table and lounge area for a large group with a great second living space for the kids. Beautifully decorated/appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. And warm and cosy with excellent heating. Highly recommend it. We'll be staying again!
