The large, three-storey terraced property's living areas consist of a kitchen with range cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining room with seating 16 people, sitting room with a TV, a selection of books and games. The bedrooms consist of three super-king-sizes, two with en-suite bathrooms, a super-king-size (zip/link), three king-sizes, one with an en-suite bathroom, and a twin, along with two bathrooms. Outside, there is a garden with Astro-turf, furniture, and a hot tub, along with off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.1, a pub, and within 0.3, a beach. Please note that two well-behaved pets are allowed, but smoking is not. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the cost. Two travel cots and highchairs are available. Attractions within the town include the Stephen Joseph Theatre, Scarborough Spa and Scarborough Open Air Theatre for live music. The Cleveland Way is also within reach of the town and takes you through the coastal scenery.
