the property was beautiful, especially the privileged side was the best, I really recommend getting privileged rooms. The rooms were so comfortable and clean. everything you need is at the facility. Ice cream facility and coffee shop
are great ! Falcon and Gio were amazing always helping me with my everyday schedule . Falcon will check on us though out the day , and helped me w my reservations . also angel the server at the privileged lounge is amazing , he made our last dinner the best . if I could make all the staff I would , thank you to everyone.

Great layout, plenty of space and natural features. Pools were excellent, always clean. Good split between family area, general “everyone” main pool and adults only section. Special thank you to Falcon, our butler, and the staff at the “el Bistro” & the Privilege diner, especially Victor.
Really nothing.

The staff was amazing at the privilege pool and restaurant, I mean amazing! They did everything they could to make you happy, including, remembering what you liked and didn't
Well, the room was nice, but the air conditioning was horrible! It must of been 80 degrees in the room! I would take a shower and dry off and be sweaty. There is no place to go to be comfortable, except the privilege bar, which is spectacular. The water smells like sewer water and is nauseating, don't dare brush your teeth with it. Absolutely no activities for the people in adult only pool. Ricardo, at the pool drink service was the BEST!

Beds were very comfortable, food in the buffet was excellent, lots of choices, All were good. Dive/ snorkel shop on site was great, but no snorkeling off the beach. Rooms were close to all facilities and the noise level was good. .
No enough chairs /shade by pool. Must be up early to get a spot.

The property is great, clean and comfortable with everything you need. The buffet was exceptionally good.
The restaurants we’re not really worth it, required reservation ahead of time and the food was not better than in the buffet.

Everything was great and beautiful and the staff were amazing.
The buffet was horrible, raccoons are everywhere so we were scared to even walk, a few restaurants were really really bad too

Access to beach the lobby and lobby basis great! Our room location once we requested a move was excellent The staff was great once moved the property was well maintained ! Location! Breakfast buffet great
Our first room We were put in the far end of the resort We walked out to lots of construction debri and ruff fencing where the workers had lunch etc. awkward Then after a decent walk we had to pass by the “Priveledge beach and pool and only for membership (time share) which we are not interested in even slightly Supposedly put there Adults only! Does no good if for any meal beach or pool you needed to walk a very long way There and back We could pay approx 100.00 per day to upgrade but wasn’t interested as we are all inclusive already ??? The bathrooms are far apart and if you go to the pool bathroom you need to stand on or beside toilet to get out the door 🙄 Restaraunts are confusing change by night and day Altho that being said Husband and I of many yrs make the best of it and had a good time 🥰

My second time at this resort. I came back much because of the location, big rooms and great pool/beach facilities and the possibility to snorkle on the reef. The New Years Party the staff organized was terrific!
I am not a great fan of buffets (in general)... I hoped thee would have been more Mexican food options. The housekeeping staff need better routines. Almost every day towles or something else were forgotten. But friendly staff all over the place.

I honestly cannot say there was much to get excited about with this property. The -ve far outweighed the +ve.
The property was THE worst “5 star” venue we have ever experienced. Day 1 the room we were given had cigarette odour which had an adverse effect on my wife’s asthma condition. The general condition of the room was very poor and dusty. We were then moved to an alternative room where it has a musty smell, the bed linen was not clean and the hot water was tepid at best.

New Years show was good
Beds too small. Lots of wear and tear on the facility. Hard to get change for tipping.
Privilege took away resources from the general people

The hotel is okay, the beach is okay, the rooms are good. Pools are good.
Room: the toilet door doesn’t properly close.
Restaurants: for an all inclusive, they make you feel as if they were making you a favor. Food isn’t amazing in any of the restaurants and you need to check the schedules of all locations because they get annoyed if you arrive near the closing time.

We've been guests of the hotel in early November 2022, traveling as a 2+3 family.
It's a seafront resort, but not all rooms are sea facing. The whole facility is pretty large, but you'll easily manage to walk everywhere within 10 minutes.
The rooms are spacious and well equipped (we had a junior deluxe suite for up to 5 people) with a nice balcony, garden view. AC, TV, hairdryer, complementarity soft drinks and beer in the fridge refilled often. Even though the hotel is not new anymore, the rooms are clean and in decent condition.
The resort has 4 pools (they include adult only one and one next to the kids village (daisy club)). The pools are clean and nice, there's one pool with a swim up bar, some has water massage beds. The water is cooler than in the see, some pools have colder water than the others.
The beach is kept well, with complementary sun beds and sun umbrellas. The water is clean, some see weeds, but the staff is cleaning the sand daily.
Both pools and beach has a very nice waiter service, you can order complementary drinks to your sun bed.
Being an all-inclusive resort, the object offers a number of bars and restaurants, which serve a variety of really tasty food. You can eat local Mexican as well as international or UK Northern American or Italian dishes. Take some time to study the opening hours for different restaurants, as well as their dress code and booking neccesity. Different restaurants offer different food even for lunch. Try Route66 (which also has night offer until 3AM) for lunch and Sansai for live cooking dinner. Also don't miss Mike's Caffè which serves the best coffee in the
One issue with our room was that the double beds are rather small (smaller than queen bed), so we couldn't sleep too comfortably. The front desk didn't offer any reasonable fix for this and didn't offer any room with larger beds, which is a shame.
We struggled with is getting our beach towels, the hotel has always been short of them, which was very disappointing.

the location, the food, the entertainment, and most of all the staff, everyone was very courteous, helpful with a big contagious smile. although I have visited other hotels in Cancun, supposedly more luxurious, and maybe they were but they all fall short to OC & T. we just loved it. my hat goes off to everyone, great job.
nothing

The food at the reservation only restaurants was good. Buffet had a plethora of options as well
There were no beach towels available for 90% of our stay. Drinks did not taste correct. Also, it was very difficult to obtain a dinner reservation, you have to book it exactly at 8am each day or it all books up, limited availability

I like the location and they Beaty of the hotel for sure I like the room set up
What I didn’t like is my room always smell like I was at the ocean side two I got stuck on one of there elevators for about 5 mins it pass the first floor and the door open all I could see was wall then the elevator try to go back up it kept jerking me and the bell guy was scared out our minds we finely got out safe after trying and trying I told them about it and they didn’t even offer anything for that type of inconvenience/ scare then in my room the steamer wasn’t working I called on the phone three time about it their response was we will bring one and they never came making me and my wife late for our friends wedding and lastly we had a 50 dollar voucher that we got because me and my wife got stop at the airport we paid 50 dollars to visit a next hotel for the day think it’s moon palace resort it was just a tour to show off their hotel I said ok sounds fun but when the lady ask us about it we told her she gave us 50 credit that was said that we will get at the end of our stay it didn’t happen checking out yesterday they say oh we can only get it we have to use it get something which wasn’t stated in the beginning I even paid a extra 200 dollars for more privileged and we didn’t really get that service going to pool and beach wasn’t bad the food was ok but everything else was disappointed to me they are more focus on selling there points package which cost thousands of dollars than the hospitality

The hotel, the room and the location are great
The food was very bad, simply not tasty to our deep disappointment.

The resort was really beautiful and big. We also loved the buffet restaurant and pools!
We want to address some points given it's a five star hotel.
- the food in the Italian and Japanese restaurant was not good, and cocktails are very diluted. Also, you had to reserve the day itself if you wanted to eat in restaurants (apart from the buffet) via an app starting at 8 am. The spaces are super limited and it sells out within 2 seconds. Not nice.
- the staff was mostly very friendly, but there are also quite a lot of staff members that really seem to be working their against their wished and are not friendly at all.
- check-in was not efficient and very devious. First their is an online pre-check in. Then another on site check in. And then another que where you have to get the keys. Took us more than an hour all together.
- there was only one towel in the gym. And day 2, there were none.
