Location, top floor room and exceptionally helpful front desk staff especially Carlos
Extra 100 euros charged over the advertised room rate

Everything was good, neat, and the food was lovely I ordered rib eye steak burger it was so fast and the breakfast was amazing nice but the plates were cold other that everything was intact❤️❤️🥰
The environment was too noisy I’m sure if it was a church bell or what but it couldn’t stop ringing and there was an annoying sound like a train is passing by I couldn’t sleep well
3.5
The reception area is modern and contemporary and the breakfast buffet was good.
The room I stayed in (221) was dated and in need of refurbishment.

Trafikkstøy, mange utrykningskjøretøy suste forbi og kirkeklokkene slo kvar time døgnet rundt

Clean basic hotel accommodations, central to the areas for tourism. The staff were helpful in getting a cab ordered for our early flight out of Dublin.
There wasn't much not to like, as it was what we expected.

The location was excellent. The bed was comfortable and the walls were fairly sound proofed.
None of the doors have dampeners on them so the door to the rooms and the bathrooms all slammed shut really loudly. You couldn’t brace them open either. The staff weren’t the best.

The room was clean and the staff were helpful. Great location and near Temple Bar.
The room was very warm and didn’t have aircon

I loved the comfort of the bed and the ease to navigate surrounding locations in Dublin and the great breakfast
Water pressure wasn’t there, rooms need a little more of a deep clean and touch up with furniture
5.0
Clean near the location we needed to be at that evening staff were very helpful and kind
Rooms need just a little bit of updating but nothing major a bigger tv would be a plus

Nice modern clean room, huge comfy bed. Great location. Staff helpful and friendly without being too over bearing. I heard many languages too. Very professional and they made it look easy. I can't fault them. Breakfast was good quality with plenty on offer and good choice. Tables were cleared and cleaned quickly after use. All areas were very clean and well kept.
The only thing I can think of is the bathroom door was a bit difficult to open and navigate. The sprung closer was hard work to open and close. The bathroom was a little bit small but perfectly clean, well equipped and lit, the shaving mirror being a nice touch too. It just felt a little claustrophobic in there!

Good location.
Do NOT get a room with a view of the cathedral if you like to sleep with the window open (there is no a/c). The street noise is horrible.

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a good value all you can eat buffet.Staff were friendly and helpful.
Room looked worn out and dingy in places. Ragged paintwork on the door and walls. The worst aspect was the bathroom which was tiny, smelled bad and had mould in the grout in between the tiles. To sum up a depressing bathroom reminiscent of one you would encounter in a local student apartment. How this hotel is listed as a 4 star is something i find hard to understand.

One staff member was quite rude when we checked in, bathroom definitely needed updating

Great location - in the city but quiet and peaceful, only a few minute walk away from everything!
Nothing!

Everything.
We are a couple who haven't had a night away together in about ten years. Now our kids are mid teen and adult and finally we could go somewhere and trust them alone. Sadly, we were only in Dublin for one night for a gig in vicar street but Jury's was the perfect location, just a short walk to the venue.
Staff were so friendly and helpful, there was a lovely bar off the lobby and there are vending machines to get snacks (noodles for example) or sweets, crisps or drinks. Bed was very comfortable considering I've stayed in hotels in Dublin much pricier and it felt like sleeping on a slab! Everything was spotless. I'd have EASILY stayed here longer term if I needed to - no problem. As long as I remember, Jury's always has had a high standard and good republican, their prices are even better. I would actually love if we had stayed longer and had a proper break just to relax in their comfy bedroom and take a wander in the city during the day. Something we have been waiting years to do. Unfortunately with Christmas on the way, money is tight as it is because teen/young adult are not cheap to buy for!
Hopefully another time we will get the chance to stay in a Jury's hotel, maybe somewhere else too as long as it's on a bus route or train route from Meath / Dublin .
Thanks Jury's!
I dont have a single major complaint. The only issue I discovered was that the overbed lamp on my side was blown so I had no light for night time as I tend to be awake with pain during the night and have to take medications. Only minor and meant to say it on check out so that they knew but I forgot completely. That's all though. Nothing major at all.

Friendly staff all-round. Both the rooms as well as the common areas are clean. Miscellaneous travel items (razors, toothbrushes etc) are available at a price.
A little bit outdated, but functional. Expected more from a 4-star hotel in Europe. No hairdryer in the room and no hotel "kit" offered, only at an extra cost.

Room was comfortable.
Staff on reception when we arrived were completely hopeless and did not seem to know what they were doing for the large number of people waiting.
Breakfast looked too complicated so we went elsewhere.

The hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good also .
There was no fresh drinking water in the room so we had to boil the kettle using the tap water which wasn’t good. The soap and shower gel was scarce and hard to get a sufficient amount from the bottles.

The response to alterate the stay was very slow, and they were not supportive.

It was a good location for me which was the main reason for booking
The rooms are shabby and in need to an upgrade, I couldn't say they were dirty but just tired.

Sehr gute Lage.

Veldig bra og sentral beliggenhet, men samtidig rolig og fint.

The location is central
There was nothing overly nice about the room at all . The beds were comfy to sleep in but as for a hotel room that you'd want to stay in and relax... It wasn't that . It was very basic and I just expected more ... very average

Excellent position, comfortable room, tasty breakfast.
Didn't enjoy the evening meal we had in the hotel restaurant.

An exceptional hotel.
The price was way outside our budget but was same as others in this class. Breakfast ok but food in bar had little choice.

We could walk to various part of city
No refrigerator or air con. Doors jammed. Didn’t feel safe. Prefer to have shower recess not over bath.
