Simply great

Spotlessly clean with super comfortable bed and so quiet you forget the bustle of the Medina outside. Beautifully decorated with lots of communal space to relax. The manager (Nourdine) was so attentive when I was unwell and allowed us to stay all day past checkout whilst we waited for a late flight. The pool was a lifesaver when it was hot. Worth every cent if you want a quiet retreat close to the market square.

The room & bathroom were so spacious! Having space for a crawling baby was amazing!
There should be another floor mat near the bathtub like the one near the shower. I slipped when I got out of the shower.

The location was very convenient. Close to the Medina yet very quiet and peaceful. Adil the manager on property was very friendly and helpful. The rooftop room was lovely.

Super nice staff, the location is perfect. It is in the centre. Many things is in walking distance. Also the breakfast is really good and fresh. The room we had was on the groundfloor, beautifull room and big.
In the morning you can hear the people who have breakfast. Cause our room was right next to it. But it was oke cause we wanted to wake up around 9 anyway.

A great location & good facilities with lots of character. Lovely roof terrace & spacious rooms. The staff were very attentive, helpful & charming.
Mostly it was a very nice. Attention to the small things would have made it better.
The pillows were lumpy and the toilet needed to be sat on with care!(why are Moroccan toilets not fixed properly?)Some brighter lighting in the rooms would make it less gloomy. The cats on the beautiful roof terrace made for an over powering smell which rather spoilt the experience if one wanted to sit up there. Difficult but not impossible to sort..

Great location, spacious rooms and very well designed. The aforementioned could be said about a lot of accommodations in Morocco however what set this apart was the staff who were incredibly well informed and helpful in every way imaginable.

The Riad is very lovely. The location is accessible and easy to navigate - it is in a straight alley along with other riads and Riad Alegria is at the end. The interior is beautiful as in pictures.
We arrived late and welcomed by Aziz with lovely Moroccan tea. He is very helpful, same for other staffs. We are briefed on the city and where to go etc. Jack the manager is a good guy too, responsive with queries.
We booked a 3 bed suit. Our room is spacious and clean. Love the bathrooms, water is strong, the design and lightning is soothing.
We had the Hammam and massage service in house. The facilities and environment is nice and calming. The therapists are very skillful. I am new to hammam and it is interesting; the massage after is first class as well. The whole session was very relaxing. It was indeed a very special experience and I am really glad that we tried it. Recommended if you are considering. For first timer, note that you are expected to tip at the end so bring some cash (FYI we tipped 10%-20%).
Overall it was a good stay and I would happy to stay again.
Breakfast is simple.

Location was great, away from the hustle and bustle but easy walking distance to it, breakfast was lovely, the rooftop terrace was a nice little relaxing area, and the icing on the cake was Nourdan! (sorry if spelt that wrong)! Such a lovely and hospitable person that couldn't do enough for you, and also had great recommendations, made our stay feel like home! Thanks very much, was a great stay!

the family room is on the roof top. perfect with the kids. they could play on the roof and in the little pool. dinner also really nice. Nordin helped us also with the car rental.

Beautiful little oasis with tasteful decor and extremely attentive and kind staff. Great location. very quiet and peaceful.
Breakfast was very good but the same each day, which became very repetitive after 8 days stay…

Really good riad in calm and nice part of Medina. The staff is great, ready to help you in any need. The structure has very big rooms, big common areas to have a relax time drinking tea and wine or beer.
The breakfast: it was not very abundant, but I have honestly to say that it could be depend on me: I am too shy to ask more and the breakfast it is served and not self-service.

Dont worry about the entrance, this place is amazing. Great place to stay, close to everything. The Medina is walkable. There is a kakob place near the Riad and they serve excellent food. We used the Hammam and it was excellent.
The first day the entrance was lighted well so it was intimidating.. This place is safe.
