Great hotel shitty people who get away with things

I like the property the staff at the holiday inn are very friendly , the security is friendly at the bistro ..

The actual people at beer yard area there was a group of males on the table they are the regulars people who do come as well targeting a women calling her fatty fat this , then there was girls in the group who were targeting this girl while these two girls who were staying at the hotel… Zoey ( blonde) hair and Jazie (black hair ) with tattoos doing coke in the bathroom near the poker side toilets who keeps it on her bag I have seen these girls multiple times doing coke in the bathrooms on Saturday nights , I thought this was a great friend place but actually I am appalled and disgusted by the people you allow to come to this establishment

Superb

We are travelling with two preschoolers and very much enjoyed our stay, room was clean and spacious, there is a gentleman who help us with our check in was very friendly and offered couple of tips on dinner options, location and opening hours for the gym etc. Buffet breakfast spread was generous and I really like the fact that I get to juice some healthy fruit juices on my own. Many different pastries to choose from. Superb! I'd love to come back.

Good place to stay while visiting Sydney. Simple and basic but does the job.

Clean and tidy. Basic hotel.

The bar/restaurant in the hotel, The Warrick, had glass doors to the children’s game area. Due to poor signage, a number of kids including my own ran face first into the glass. Told management twice yet nothing was done so I ended up moving a pot plant to cover the glass window so other children wouldn’t have the same fate.

Comfortable and relaxing.

The Hotel was well located for our stay in Sydney with a comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. A restaurant was located on site but as we were visiting with family we never got a chance to try it out. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The guest laundry was coin operated, I would have preferred a form of charge back to the room, on the plus side at least they had one. The towels were a little on the small side.

Very clean, comfortable, 24/7 reception, easy to access. Extra niceties - toothbrush & shaver. Very thoughtful! Beds were very comfortable.

Small suggestion: Would be good to have a free bottle of water per guest - like some hotels offer.

Warwick Farm Holiday Inn was a hidden gem in the suburbs. I look forward staying again.

Room was very comfortable and the staff were very professional and friendly. I did eat in the bistro on the ground floor and was pleasantly surprised for quality and variety of the menu. Staff also in the bistro were very friendly and accomodating.

No complaints about the property. I did use the train, located between Warwick Farm & Cabramatta Stations, the walk was a little long but that was my choice. Once at the train, the trains were very convenience to access the airport.

Ordinary and thats rating the place highly

Wasn't much to rave about at this place, rooms were very small, aircon didn't work properly, room had no foxtel, couldn't connect to netflix, despite being ontop of a hotel, pub, gaming machines and sports bar venue. Just aheads up for anyone going to a reception in the venue within the hotel, if you want to go to bar in the hotel after the event you will not be allowed, honestly would have been cheaper to just get an uber home after the event than all the hassles we had.

Refer to the above comments best thing we did all weekend was check out!

I loved that we could have dinner and drinks downstairs. We were there for a sports event as part of a group it was so convenient to be able to relax at the end if he sat

The staff were very polite but a few of them could have walked around with smiles on their faces and made a little more effort to engage with customers

A comfortable surprise in Cabramatta.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations. The room was large, and the bathroom well designed with an excellent shower. The beds were unusually comfortable with a range of luxurious pillows. Reception staff were very efficient and gave us the keys to the room at 10am.

I always stay in Holiday Inn Warwick Farm if I have to stay back in Sydney. Nice rooms, friendly and helping staff, good breakfast is the highlight.

Parking down the property is not very good - lot of potholes and bumps. The exhaust fan of my room was not working.

Great for families, with amazing entertainment for kids and an awesome breakfast.

Very comfortable beds, location is perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a large selection and variety.

Nice food, comfortable room, but overall shabby hotel

The room was comfortable but the hotel itself is quite shabby. The food from the bistro was very good.

The hotel is overpriced. Would expect a higher standard of room for the cost. Also, I left my phone charger in the room and phoned the same day to report it. Apparently it could not be found.
