Room I stayed was big and has comfy bed. Breakfast was ordinary. Location is good.
Staffs in the breakfast section were not accomodating.

Room was spacious, well lit, clean and comfortable. Staff wonderful. Breakfast food options were great. Hotel near atm, places to eat and stores to purchase snacks.
Lack of sound proofing, most important while sleeping. Could hear the singing from the mosque, which was very early in the morning every day.

good value for price, very comfortable beds, nice staff and good noise isolation as located on a very busy street
breakfast could be a bit more variety, we missed fresh fruits or juice, coffee options, etcc

Standard breakfast. Same each day. No exceptional items. Noodles and veg dish very salty. Removed after I explained this when presented with same the following day. Location is less desirable - on a 6 lane highway. Outside air quality poor. Half hour taxi ride away from the town centre.
Explained website booking error. Only one guest recorded for a double room. Unable to correct on booking.com website. Charged extra for my wife. Not a great service either by booking.com or hotel. Called hotel in advance and was told 2 persons would not be an issue. Will consider using a different booking agent in future.

Spacious room, stayed in triple room, silent, big bath room. Excellent breakfast, wide range of delicacies, very tasty. Central location, best of restaurants Abu Jabra, Habeebah sweets, Sarwat, Dokkan Manaquish, Al Ghaith bakery are nearby. Excellent lobby and reception. Very easy to get Taxis. Area excellent for walking in the evening and do shopping.
Bath kiosk had no door, water spills all around. Rooms are clean, but not cleaned well during stay, stayed 4 days, despite requesting to clean room two times, WC stain was still there, complementary water bottle was being given only on reminding. We had paid hefty amount for breakfast, however last day breakfast we needed early in room as we were flying, so we requested for breakfast in room, we thought before sending they will ask what we want, but without asking they gave breakfast in box with just one sandwich and one apple in it!!! and the sandwich was of beef! I complained, they offered to replace with chicken, it was already late for flight, this late time they asked us to first return the sandwich before replacing, they thought we would keep both, laughable. This was ridiculous when in place of a costly breakfast just a sandwich being given, the guy who asked me to return it over phone was rude. The hotel is excellent but people are not knowing how to maintain it so. The lady in the reception who took our breakfast request is good, but she does not know how to address it effectively.

All staff is extremely friendly. Moreover, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfy.
The street is really active, it was a positive thing for us since we wanted to try restaurants with many food options (like Abu Jbara and Habiba 😋). Also, we had an unplanned extension in Jordan, and the hotel was able to accommodate us for an extra night even though they were severely over-booked. Overall experience is that it is a great value for money, and we will definitely consider staying there again!
Cleanliness is something that can be slightly improved, not that it was bad, small things here and there. they were over-booked, and understandably, they had not had enough time to be detailed in their cleaning. Also, the breakfast could be slightly improved by serving fresher bread as sometimes the bread had dry corners.
