Rip off

Bed was comfortable

Not worth $330.00 a night. The following nights cost was only $144.00 Shame on the motel for rising the cost by 200% Shower curtains in the bathroom were dirty. Shower curtains in the bedroom were dirty. (Not blockout curtains) Floor behind toilet was dirty. Hand prints on the wall near the beds. Pool closes at 7pm, that's disappointing. Permanent residents reside on the property doing drug dealings. Never again

Very pleasant relaxing and enjoyable. 👍🏼

The apartment was easy to find and a great central location for our visit . The room although older was clean and well presented. The bed was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, I was charged twice for the room but was contacted about this and the overcharge was repaid. We even stayed an extra day and the staff member who helped with this on a Sunday was great and made it easy.

I found everything fine nothing to complain about.

Amazing Staff

Friendly, warm kind and caring and staff. The lady out front went above and beyond to help me check in for an unexpected stay whilst my partner stayed in hospital.

Bed was comfortable and unit was clean.

Shower screen broken....door wouldn't open without having to straighten the frame to line it up. Curtains looked like they had been used as a dropsheet while painting, then rehung. Toilet bowl is cracked. Hot water tap in the shower leaks when turned on...(this may cause problems in the wall)

Convenient place to stay in the GoldCoast

Location is good close to broadwater and close to bus stops

Not really a property if you have small kids. Just taking your things upstairs is a bit hard.

Extremely Disappointing

Nothing, Would not stay here again

Upon Arrival, the manager told us people had commited suicide upstairs and continued to tell us the place had ghosts and bad spirits from the people that had died there. The Place was full of dodgy people, we went out for dinner and came back to 3 police cars at the enterence arresting someone and was kept up all night for people fighting outside our room. The room smelt of cigarettes and was not tidy.

Broadwater Keys is close to my friends & family definitely will be retuy

The manager Patrick is amazing I stayed quite a few times & staff started remembering me & made me feel so welcome never had a issue checking in or out rooms always clean & comfortable. I was allowed to stay longer & upgrade rooms throughout week while still staying in current room until my next room was ready. Value for money & bus stop right out the front for transport.

There were a few hiccups re our 2 appartments to start with but Patrick sorted them straight away. Awesome place to stay every thing we needed Thank you

The price charged was considerably higher than advertised price . They had my credit card details, and said there would be a large cancellation. This was on the contract given to me after I paid. My advice is to give these people a miss.Ripped off

Clean more

The only thing that was good was the hot water and good shower pressure.

The bathroom wasn't clean. We found used soap and a cap to a razor. We did not get showed where the room was. When I asked all I was told that it was up stairs. I didn't get told about the 2 spots for parking so we parked on the street.

Good aircon

Located on main road at busy set of lights so constant traffic all hours. Very small room considering it was called a "family room". Very overpriced for a very small room on a non stop busy main road.

The rooms were lovely to walk into as you could smell they were clean and sanitised parking was great and nice clean lau

The rooms were clean and fresh with crisp linen and they provided the essentials as well as having great pool area .

There was only a frying pan to cook with, no pots at all and no chopping board or salad bowl. All the smoke alarms were taken down in the apartment which was also a worry.

Noisy guests, people moving furniture up the stairs at 11:30pm was annoying. Place is a bit outdated and could do with some minor renovations
