Delicious full English breakfast and very polite and attentive staff. Bathroom immaculately clean.
The decor could do with a refresh in the guest rooms and communal areas.

The only good thing about this bnb is the location( it was close to where we needed to be) and the lovely young lady who served breakfast sat morning.
The rooms were shocking, they were tiny. The mattress was all springs and it sloped as it was that old. The room was far from clean, same with the bedding. Myself and my husband both came home with bites. We ended up leaving a day early as neither of us could bare to sleep another night in that bed. I’ve stayed in cheaper bnbs that were better than this. Owner has little to no interaction with guests. I don’t understand the good reviews, we were a party of 6 so 3 rooms and no room was decent. My friends bed base was missing all its sides. Never again!!

we felt very valued as guests before we even arrived. a text asking us our arrival time then a look forward to seeing you reply. lovely and personal. we only stayed the 1 night but will definitely be back. the Pembroke is spotless and so well organised. we were in room 5 on the middle floor. the room was small but absolutely ideal for our needs. cupboard to hang clothes in, large mirror, tea and coffee making and the comfiest bed ever. The bedding was so fresh and clean. a small shower room with a fabulous shower, wash hand basis and toilet all stocked with toiletries. an abundance of clean towels too. the road itself was busy but it was Saturday night and we still got a good sleep. an on sight bar is available for drinks and a TV room is downstairs stocked with games. Breakfast was fab and we were greeted with a smile and the young lady serving was attentive and so nice. she made sure we and all the other guests were well looked after. We will definitely be returning to and recommending the Pembroke to stay in. central for everywhere in Blackpool.

staff were very friendly. location was great. place was clean and tidy.
the only tiny thing I’d say is, my bed was slightly tilted downwards. it felt like you could fall out sometimes. like I say, only a small thing really.

The location for me was excellent
The bedroom was small with no where to sit and the curtains were falling off the rail.

The 1st room I got was to small and everything needs updating including the bed and bedding you pay all that money for 14 nights and the bed was past it sell by day the host changed me to another bed ok but to small very little room to move about kept banging my legs and head ect
Apart from the breakfast and the host it wasn’t worth the money or the long journey from Scotland and 4 buses as there were no trains and the last thing you want is an uncomfortable bed ect

Staff in the hotel are very friendly.. Water pressure was perfect in the shower. Albeit extremely small.
The room was too cold and heating didn't work. Just a small portable radiator which didnt even take the chill out of the room. Bed frame was broken and fixed poorly so slept on an angle. Not comfortable at all. Could feel the base through the mattress.

Room was a bit smaller than expected. The shaving light didn't work. None of this detracted from our stay

The staff at The Pembroke were absolutely lovely we arrived there early and they let us check in early, the food at breakfast time was exceptional the man cooking the food always came out and asked if we wanted anything else, the room was great value for money all in all I would totally recommend this bed and breakfast and will hopefully be coming again soon.
The only thing i really picked up on was a bit of rubbish under the bed but that wasn't anything really overall we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be staying again.
