Nothing.
Very poor - well non existent communications. Messaged them a few days before my stay but they couldn't be bothered to reply. Avoid.

Convenient location
Woke up to a woman came straight in room and lifted mattress and told me I had broken the bed and demanded £60. I had not broken the bed and she seemed to know that the base was broken. My aunt had booked for me and she recieved a message saying they had reported me to police for using fake Polish ID? No mention of the bed and with a name like Evans why would I have polish ID. They was all polish running the hotel and was very threatening. Would not recommend.

Room reasonably clean..
Towels very hard! . no toiletries at all, not even hand soap.
Kettle unusable as water had been left in and stuff growing in it...
Beds very unconfortable
Heavy rain during night and leaked badly on stairs
No one there to let us in, had to keep ringing. Eventually came gave us keys to room
Never saw any other staff at all in building
Breakfast room closed up and full of storage etc

They don’t do breakfast
Off road parking expensive to pay at car park £22 for 2 days

The staff (lady) was very friendly and helpful. :-) Winter Gardens is just 5 minutes walk.
The room was less than half in size (cca 12 m2) compared to what was displayed on the Booking data sheet (23 m2). There were no closets for cloths, I had to put them on the chair and on the bed. My large suitcase barely could be opened on the floor because the room was so tiny. No soap holder in the shower. And the separate cold/warm taps are just unusable.

Great central location, basic ,clean + tidy, friendly staff
room a bit dated ceiling as been patched over many times

Location
No breakfast, should have been told no breakfast in winter

room very small and was cold, although when I asked if the heating could be put on, they did turn it on. location was good, central for town and for the Tower. Breakfast was not supplied.
Room was basic, could have been better. Also could have been warmer.

The hotel was clean and tidy, I was given a room with a double bed and ensuite facilities in the room plus tea coffee sugar for when I wanted to make myself a brew which was great plus I had a big flat screen tv .
The only down side really was the was only two plug sockets in the room so if I was watching tv and making a brew their was nowhere to charge my phone

Very friendly basic but clean great location

I really liked the cleanliness
Everything was good
3.3
it was clean, and the breakfast we payed extra for was ok.
the size of the room, No wardrobe to hang clothes, and having to pay extra for breakfast, one end of the dining room had an old bar which was no longer in use, it seemed that behind the bar was full of clutter, also a musky smell as if carpets or curtains had not been cleaned in a while.

Location was excellent right next to coral island and McDonald's. The shower was big and powerful.
Furniture in room could do with being renewed.

great location just a very short walk from the winter gardens. room cosy and bed very comfortable.
Minor issue but hot water tap in bathroom didn’t work (thankfully hot water in shower was fine). also no curtains and the blinds weren’t great for keeping the light out.

We had no complaints, very happy with our stay.

Location
Damp smell as you walked in. Staff don’t communicate. Decorating in room was unfinished. Room was grubby. Broken plug socket which could be a danger. Exposed disused old light fitting on bathroom ceiling. slippery shower tray that probably could do with a slip mat as one of us slipped and fell and badly damaged a big toe. Old water left in kettle had not been cleaned out. Beds hard and not comfortable. Duvet flat and hard. Two pillows stuffed into one pillowcase making it hard and uncomfortable. Being woken up late at night with someone shouting about not paying for another night and a dog barking. As we left water was dripping from the ceiling and water running down handrails as it was raining heavily outside, the carpet was soaked.

Clean tidy and right by Houndshill shopping centre.
