The best hosts in Zona Romantica! Jermery and Henry are so great and take of you make you feel welcome and comfortable. The birthday bubbles were such a nice touch. Thanks guys! I really enjoyed the no key and touchpad entry. Awesome! The app on the T.V for checking out also just awesome. I like the way this place is run technology modern and easy checking in and out and no keys to pack around. Laundry was offered here another HUGE bonus as its hard to find in P.V. rentals alot of the time. Location cant beat it close to the action but not right in the middle of it. Everything you need is here and I would 100% recommend to anyone wanting a great place to stay in old town. Very enjoyable stay here.

Not much not to like. I stayed in the studio suite as this was a very quick stay in this area and didnt need much room this trip. I guess the only one thing is the bathroom toilet in this suite is basically right beside the head of your bed and sometimes the odd smells from the bathroom. But I just closed the bathroom door always and that was fixed. I would probably pick a different suite on the higher floors with a balcony and bit of a view next trip. But honestly, it's a great stay and this suite has absolutely everything you would need.

All major property systems were very good: water, electrical, A/C. WIFi was excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Great location. Building was very quiet. Unit was very clean. Would stay here again for sure

we enjoyed our stay. The property location is near to a lot of restaurants and shopping

I liked the location of the property and the fact that the hosts provided us with chocolates..bonus for that! and made us feel welcome. The neighbourhood is active and you need to be prepared for that. The room was a good size and had what you needed for a relaxed stay.

I would have loved some outside space. I think some of the rooms had balconies, but I am not sure about that.

Very quiet comfortable stay.

Great location. Loved the water pressure and friendly on site manager, Accommodating check in time and check out time. Included coffee and local restaurant drink was a very nice surprise.

Located in a very run down and seedy area of the city.

Not a lot

Never saw/meet the hosts once and we stayed for 7 nights, which was disappointing. Would have been nice to meet them and get some intel on restaurants /sites eta Apartment located in a very run down area of the city and can get rather seedy at night.

Convenient apartment in the heart of the romantic zone

Property is easy to get to and off a major street. Apartment was spacious and adequate for our needs. Small balcony off the front street. Apartment is quiet inside. Welcome sign had our names posted when we arrived.

There are several steps to get to the upper units. Handrail on both sides of staircase would be nice.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and attention to detail from our hosts.

A great suite in a fantastic location in a great PV neighbourhood, everything in walking distance. Loved the quiet during the evening and being so close to Isla Cuale. Coming and going without a key is super convenient. The kitchen was well equipped and the king size bed super comfortable.

Would loved to have had a balcony, but I knew that prior to booking, the suite was exactly as presented.

Our week at Cardenas Suites was. a 10 out of 10; great place, great hosts.

The location was perfect for us. it was quiet, yet in the middle of everything of interest. There is a wonderful assortment of street food stalls, small restaurants, shops and it is a short walk to Cardenas Park, the pier, the Malecon. We had the "interior suite" (no windows) but it was so nicely furnished that we never felt closed in. The kitchen and "pantry" were also well stocked. Henry & Jeremy are exceptionally, responsive, generous and pleasant -- couldn't ask for better hosts.

The bed was too soft for my taste, otherwise no complaints

Very good location, close to gay bars and lots of restaurants, not far from the beach. Still quiet corner. Nicely equipped. Attentive host. Not huge (we had the small apartment), not cheap, but good value for money. We would come again.

Nothing substantial: the bathroom doesn't have ventilation, so when the window is closed, the room might seem slightly humid.

the property is great. The suites are nicely converted apartments, well appointed units that are an easy walk to many restaurants, bars, and clubs in the zona romantica. Located in a quiet area that avoids the noise but offers all the convenience. We had a wonderful time here at Cardenas Suites.

Perfection in Puerto Vallarta

The apartment itself was just perfect. It was spacious, clean, the bed is super comfy, it has a great shower, and it has a wonderful kitchen complete with everything you need. It's in a lovely quiet area close to some excellent restaurants and is only a short walk away from the beach and other attractions. There are also washers/dryers available for free usage. The real stars of the show, though, are Henry & Jeremy. Their passion for detail, professionalism, and overwhelming sense of hospitality is showcased in every aspect of the Cárdenas Suites. Staying at this apartment was a perfect experience, and my wife and I are immensely grateful to Henry and Jeremy for providing us with this experience. We appreciated every effort that was made to make our stay perfect. Thank you guys!

Great stay in central location.

Great location, quiet but close to everything. 5-10 min walk to the beach, lots of restaurants around. Strong wifi allowed me to work remotely without any problem.

I would suggest to pay more attention to cleanness as when I checked in one bedside table looked used and not cleaned, hair on the floor. I had difficulty to manage water temperature in the shower.

Convenience and style in Puerto Vallarta's Zona Romantica

This a stylish little place - with all the amenities and clear instructions with how to access everything. The hosts are in excellent communication and responsive. The location is amazing. It's just above the busy part of the main strip of bars in Zona Romantica, and so it's quiet. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, as well as excellent street tacos. The hosts take the time to go the extra mile. They had great little touches just for me (even though I was working, it was also my birthday). They also have excellent relationships with nearby businesses.

There are issues with Zona Romantica in general - like power outages which will affect your wifi. The only issue I had with the place was having a comfortable workplace. There is a great bed, but there aren't great places to work. So if you work remotely, keep that in mind - I ended up going to a coffee shop every day (which is fine).
