clean and tidy . Although using common toilet , toilet was very clean! didn’t feel like uncomfortable for it. Ryokan is near to station too, walking distance can reach or can ask Ryokan to pick up or drop off.
staffs are friendly and nice. Dinner and breakfast were excellent, I was super satisfied with it. Definitely worth for the price !
4.0
nice staff and nice room
the dinner and gold hot bath are available at the other place
5.0
Friendly hospitality from the reception hosts & hostesses, while offering a nice free shuttle service to & from the Ryokan. A spacious room with a comfortable bed and lounge chair so you can fully relax and unwind while also having excellent wifi. And last but not least, great food and hot springs bath.
Unfortunately, no private bathroom. Also the more luxurious onsens, as well as dinner that is served, is at their main Ryokan location, Hanamusubi, which is about a 1-2 minute walk away. However, they do offer their guests some warm & fluffy ponchos to ward off the cooler night air; so it actually ends up feeling rather pleasant to travel between both hotels, especially after having taken a onsen bath.

Room was very comfortable and the hotel is beautifully decorated. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Hot spring and dinner provided by the hotel up the street is excellent. Breakfast in the Kotori is fabulous.
Shared toilet. Our room was located on the lobby level and we had to cross through the lobby to reach the toilet.

Distance from the spa.
