Well maintained, clean and good air condition in the lodge. I had a quick swim in the small pool.
Too far for walking to the falls, but easy to get a taxi.

The breakfast was good and very quiet location

The property was well kept and was as nice or nicer than the pictures. The staff were kind and very helpful. We are grateful to Bridget for her help in planning our itinerary and securing drivers for us. On our last day she arranged for us to have a private tour of a village on the way to the airport. The vibe at Nguni is chill and relaxing. We only had one dinner at the lodge and it was a traditional dish we very much enjoyed. For being a small boutique lodge there was a wonderful international mix of guests. Nguni Lodge will not disappoint.

We liked everything!

Lovely pool and garden. Friendly staff, willing to help.
Poor wifi connection is some of the rooms.

Kleinschalig maar ruim van opzet.
Jammer dat er geen “levendig” restaurant bij is.

The manager went out of her way when we arrived as a flight delay had us close to missing a dinner cruise we had booked. She called the tour operator to say we had arrived and got them to wait for us to make it to the boat.

Quiet and safe location. Comfortable rooms. Good breakfast made to order each morning. Attentive staff. All around a great stay and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Nguni Lodge is a lovely setting. The grounds are beautiful. The rooms, restaurant, bar all have the nguni, cattle, theme. Everything is exceptionally clean. The best part though is their friendly staff.

Safe and clean. Nice residential locations. Very attentive staff. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast included. Beautiful grounds.
Only negative was that we couldn’t make our stay longer.

It wasn’t what we expected based off the photos and most importantly it wasn’t clean, we had all kind of insects in our room!

Breakfast was great. Location was great

Very sweet quaint little property with all the amenities required for a comfortable stay! Rooms were good size and opened into the central courtyard. Hot water was always available. they helped arrange an evening safari for us since we were landing in the afternoon and was a great experience, the game drive and the dinner were just amazing!
The staff is very helpful! They go out if their way to help you. Laundry service was great and quick!
Over all we loved the property and the experience!
Everything was awesome, maybe breakfast could be a bit better though whatever was given was satisfying!

The room was nicely decorated, bed was comfortable and wifi was good throughout stay. Most staff members were very friendly but promised help (evening menu/advice about tours) never materialised.
I think I was unlucky with the other guests there. This was not the relaxing stay I'd expected. There was a family with kids who took over the small swimming pool early morning and after dark. The evening member of staff did nothing - myself and another guest had to step in to ask the kids to be quiet.
The advertised relaxed ambience just wasn't there - it was a lot of money to have to use headphones most of the day to block out the noise of other guests. The staff member I spoke to was not interested in dealing with any issues.

We loved everything about our stay at Nguni Lodge. It is a small lodge in quiet, peaceful surroundings.
The rooms are large and tastefully decorated. The bed was the most comfortable we’ve slept in on our trip.
The gardens and pool are well maintained.
The bar area is comfortable and a lovely space to relax away from your room.
All meals are available but we only ate breakfast at the lodge. so I can’t comment on the lunch or dinner menus. Breakfast options were limited but provided enough to set you up for a day of activity.
All the staff were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to handle any requests for assistance.
I would highly recommend Nguni Lodge for your stay in Victoria Falls.
there was nothing to dislike about Nguni Lodge

Staff very friendly and welcoming.
The setting is lovely and restful.
Not a great variety of vegetarian food .

Very good breakfast, staff friendly and helpful. A small, quiet setting, comfortable beds, more suited to couples, or single travellers than families.
A more varied dinner menu, maybe?

Nice big room, quiet and appealing garden, hot shower, big swimming pool (in comparison to other lodges), good breakfast, very nice and helpful staff. They organised an airport transfer and everything worked well, also the early check-in. I would stay there again and can highly recommend it.
The bed is rather short. We had dinner there which was nice but the meat unfortunately hard to chew. The booking terms were 50 % prepayment, but they asked for 100% in advance. In this location a car or taxi is needed to go to the falls.

Lovely people right from reception, housekeeping, restaurant and night guard. Very comfortable room, beautiful garden and pool. Very helpful with booking activities as well.
Nothing. It was honestly perfect.

Really lovely venue that exceeded my expectations in most respects. It's value for money vs many in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfy. It was nice to have tea/coffee facilities. The pool looked nice.
WiFi wasn't great. It'd be useful if on the first morning at breakfast the young guy explained you had to help yourself to the options laid out and he'd take your order for a cooled breakfast. I assumed to begin with that it was a continental breakfast. The restaurant staff were absent on the next day too, in the kitchen with the door closed. It'd be better if they could see guests arriving instead of making them knock on the door.

The rooms. The staff. The pool
Same breakfast everyday
Needs a bigger variety of food on the menue

We loved the authenticity of the accommodations giving a real African decor still with the amenities. The staff was absolutely awesome. Blessing was truly just that! The food was superb - something any 5-star restaurant or cruise line would be proud of! we had our laundry done, and they did a wonderful job even with ironing.
The shower needed more water pressure, and some of the tree limbs needed to be cut away from the pool giving it more sunlight to warm it up some, and the lounge chairs needed to be kept cleaner.

Early check in. We arrived earlier than expected but was warmly welcomed. The rooms (we had a pool view room) are located in a lush tropical garden setting. All the staff were wonderful but we have to single out Primrose who was exceptional throughout. Breakfast was above average and our dinner was superb in its presentation and taste
Nothing that we did not like. The entire area though seems flooded with similar establishments
