Top vier Sterne Hotel mit top Service!

Dieses Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen! Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal zwecks Zimmer und Anreise und Frühstück hat sehr gut geklappt. Allesamt sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich! Vielen Dank, auch für das überaus leckere und reichhaltige Frühstück!

Nichts zu bemängeln, alles in bester Ordnung!

Das Essen in den umliegenden Restaurants/Cafés.

Rollladen der nicht vorhanden war. Spinnennetze am Fenster Das Hotel, schien schon in die Jahre gekommenen zu sein

Good location and good value for money.

The location is great. 10 mins away from main shopping street of Zurich and lakeside.

The rooms are very small and the shower space is even smaller. The space is too cramped up. The room has a small patio which was a welcome addition.

Good location, close to tram stop Friendly staff Could leave bags if arrive before checking in time Decent sized room with a balcony Fridge and kettle in room Bath (as well as shower) Quiet the nights we were there, but had room at the back A good array of options for breakfast, thank you

Small basin in the bathroom, which was mostly covered by a shelf above it, so it was difficult to use, very awkward to clean teeth, impossible to wash hair in it. Rather pathetic tiny plastic cactuses on the dining tables, for what purpose I do now know.

Switzerland was beautiful and the hotel was great for the money. We would stay here again but insist on a double bed.

Historic quaint feel. View from our room balcony was surreal. Nice bath/shower. Great piano player and small bar.

Our twins beds did not fit together. This was a hindrance to romance. No TV.

Really disappointed as had high expectations for a 4 start hotel in Zurich

Free mini bar Very friendly receptionist - made us so welcome at check in and check out.

No hot water for our entire stay in our room. Really thin small duvet for winter for 2 people to share so we woke up during the night cold. Hair dryer did not work at all. Had to go to another room on another floor to shower.

It was on a main street so it was loud all the time. It got too stuffy so if we opened the windows, we would hear the street too much. Bathroom is very small.

The staff were lovely

our first room stank our second room was messy, but the staff were alright about it and helped us change room. no adapters work on the rooms. the toilet door is seethrough. the sweets at the front desk stain your tongue.

Christmas trip to Zürich

Good location and nice, modern rooms. The price for the room was rather low for Zürich. Friendly staff.

Not all staff was fluent in German. The elevator did not work (they apparently had to wait due to long delivery times) and the bathroom seemed rather cold. Also, I had a regular, small room instead of the superior room upgrade I was given in booking.com.

run down expensive hotel with zero maintenance

nothing

second stay at this hotel. in more than three months they failed to repair the broken elevator. one of the main reason to book this hotel for my elderly parents was accessibility. we were not informed that the elevator still wasn't working. again no alternative for the room in the second floor was given. staff only speaks English. hard to communicate with them for elderly people. light in the hallway was broken too and room was cold.

Nice stay in Zurich with parking

Staff were nice. Parking is free. The room is quite spacious with full length mirror and hairdryer.

Its 30 mins walk to the center which shouldn't be a problem if you take public transport.

The room is small but clean and nice with comfy beds. But the only issue is that the elevator has not been working for over 6 months and our room was on the 3rd floor. But the staff were helpful and carried our luggage.

Great location. Trams just 2 minutes from the hotel to reach city center and train station.. Friendly staff. The room had everything I needed.

None of the two elevators worked. Soft pillows but it is a personal preference IFor the price I didnt expect pillow selection.

Good value for money hotel with big rooms and friendly staff

- spacious room - friendly staff - minibar and coffee/tea facilities well equipped - good value for money compared to Zurich hotels - luggage storage after checkout

- elevator was not working, it was inconvenient with a stroller and 2 kids

great for quick trip

pretty view from the balcony, you could seperate the beds & bathroom was well equipped. coffee & tea provided.

hair on the bathroom walls, no aircon (but the window worked just not as night as mosquitos went wild), wasn’t allowed to use utensils for food.

Had a great stay!!! Prefect location, would stay there again.

Room was clean, good size and fresh ambience. Receptionist at checking was very hospitable, even gave map for the area; highlighting transportation, restaurants, shopping areas and places of interest. Location was prefect!!! Good link to getting to all the different places, easy access to food areas etc. Decent breakfast selection.

Bathroom was a bit on the small side.
