Fabulous stay at EMA House Serviced Apartments , Seefeld Zurich

Spacious, modern, bright and airy apartment. The apartment was well designed with plenty of cupboard space and the ability to open doors (to balcony) and windows. The pillows appeared bulky but flattened down a lot, probably too much. Bed was very comfortable. Modern appliances that worked well. The only things we thought might be useful were a small brush/broom that you could sweep crumbs up if needed. Also perhaps some literature that visitors might find useful for things to do in the area. We loved the apartment and would definitely return. Highly recommend.

Pillows flattened a little too much. A small broom would be handy.

It worth every penny!

We are so glad to recommend EMA House Apartments to all tourists, decided to spend a vacation in Zurich! The staff does his best to provide highest quality service! We arrived to Zurich at 10 AM, In spite of the fact' that check in start at 3:00 PM, we had no wait so long time. Desk service represent Elena Anastasiou informed us that they found an opportunity to do an early check in. The apartment is located in the center of the city. We almost didn't use a public transport to rich any place we wanted. In spite of -7C . it was was very warm in our flat. An equipment in the kitchen was even more varied. that in my kitchen. I could write more, but I guess, it's enough. It worth every penny!

Lovely apartment with good security, great location and well equipped. Very comfortable with many places to eat close by as well as Coop supermarket. Easy walk to trams or lovely 20 min walk along the lake into city. Highly recommend staying here.

Extra pillow would have been great but certainly did not detract from our great stay.

Superb

We stayed at one of the penthouse apartments for five nights after Christmas. It was a great apartment with large balconies, spacious rooms, a washing machine and dishwasher. The location was ideal - nice central neighborhood, short walk to downtown and close to the tram. Had a really fun stay in Zurich and traveled all around Switzerland and to Liechtenstein on day trips. Highly recommend the EMA serviced apartments. They are cleaned 3x a week (fresh towels) and fresh linens once a week, unless requested more often (for a fee).

Everything was fine - gave 9/10 just because the decor was a little plain but the bed was comfortable, really great linens and the pillows were not too big!

Well-furbished room close to a tram station as well as a train station. And quiet enough to have a confy stay/sleep.

Perfect location - quiet place close to lake, with walking distance to downtown. Apartment is very clean, kitchen with all amentities, comfortable bed with excellent linens. Last but not least - very friendly and helpful staff, great welcome on arrival. Five stars!

Perfect short stay serviced apartment in the heart of Seefeld

- Perfect location, close to everything - Serviced every 2nd day - Spacious and open - New modern kitchen and appliances - Excellent, highly professional and responsive service This is the second time we’ve stayed at EMA House and we’ve already booked again for next year.

Location is convenient.

Some appliances need a serious upgrade (hairdryer, microwave, water boiler). Cleanliness wasn’t optimum (dust and hairs) building overlooking requires that you close the curtains even during the day (for appt #32) Very noisy common areas week days and weekend included.

Beautiful apartment

I have got nothing but praises for this company. They made my whole stay and my first time in Switzerland extra special. It all started when I was taken to the room I will be staying by a lovely lady who was very welcoming. What a lovely surprise it was seeing I will be staying in the penthouse. Two balconies, a big room, air conditioning, fan, blackouts for the glass doors/windows, two separate toilets, one with a bath and a shower, etc. The apartment was so well equipped, though I didn't get to use most of it. Coffee, tea, a bottle of water and baking paper were also provided and was free for me to use. The apartment was cleaned to a high standard. The area was quiet, I had a good night's sleep every time. The location was great. Close to the lake and a walking distance to the city centre. The tram/bus stop is 3mins away too. I have nothing wrong to say about this apartment. The cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. The staff members I communicated with via booking.com were lovely and efficient. They responded to issues promptly and were very helpful. I thought I was a bother at times but they didn't make me feel like I bothered them and they always told me to ask if I needed any further assistance. I finally got to meet them at the Nordstrasse branch to drop off my luggage for a while before heading to the airport. I was very impressed with that branch too. I wondered why they aren't a 5-star hotel. The highlight of it all was when I received a card and gift on my birthday from EMA. I can't explain my emotions at that moment but I was so so happy. To think someone would do something like that for me was...I am just grateful. This apartment was God-sent ☺🤗. P.S, I had my personal mailbox and doorbell 😄. Thank you once again, EMA.

Superb

Location: Super easy to get around, what is not walkable you can get to by tram with a stop a minute away. Most places you can walk to within 30 minutes. Apartment: Was very clean and in a safe quiet area. The space is roomie with a nice balcony for morning coffee. The bathroom is small but the shower power is good. I do think the coffee and tea should be restocked when the room is cleaned during your stay, this was slightly disappointing. The fridge is also a good one that actually keeps items cold. I was there a week so had to use the washer/dryer combo which worked perfectly. Host: They were responsive and available for any concerns or questions.

Nothing really negative to say.
