Superb

The apartment is beautifully renovated, fully equipped, spacious, lots of cupboard space, private and well located. It was a treat coming home each day.

Excellent staff and very helpful. Apartment has is all. Coffee machine- oven-laundry-dry machine. Every second day house was cleaned/served

10/10 will absolutely stay again!

It was SO central to everything! We had a beautiful view of the river running through town and we could watch everyone jump into it through summer having a wonderful time! The amount of fresh air running through the apartment was spectacular, it was the best accommodation we had stayed in all trip!

The only thing was no aircon in summer, it was very hot but they did give us Dyson fans

Lovely, cosy, home like, spacious

We are repeat guests and always love the spaciousness of the rooms and catered all provisions as a good serviced apartment would! It is central enough to be walking distance to the main train station Zurich Bahnhof. Yet slightly off the city centre enough to be more reasonably priced. We enjoy the summer walk along the Limmat to and fro everyday.

Spacious, cosy, comfortable, clean, convenient

We are repeat guests. This is the second time staying. Last year it was a good experience so we are back! We always love the spaciousness of the rooms and catered all provisions as a good serviced apartment would! Staff are helpful friendly and prompt in responding to questions. They were very kind to allow us to store our large luggage for 4 days between 2 legs of tour Zurich stat while we headed off to Zermatt. Do ask in advance. With kids the apartment is excellent as it allows kid to run around inside and Lounge around on lazy days. We cooked several meals and find the cleaning service always good. It is central enough to be walking distance to the main train station Zurich Bahnhof. Yet slightly off the city centre enough to be more reasonably priced. We enjoy the summer walk along the Limmat to and fro everyday.

Great location with ample space and good amenities..

Great location with ample space and good amenities.. nice updated modern look.. got a good recommendation from the staff on best chance to get Lindt factory tickets since it was sold out online..

One area I would improve upon would be a bit more lighting, especially in the bathroom..

A Great Stay

Spacious rooms and tidy. All the things needed, such as coffee machine, oven, cooking utensils, hair dryer.

The direction to the reception office needed to be more clear.

very convenient location, amenities like kitchen with all needed supplies, furniture and washer dryer

no air conditioning and apartment got swelteringly hot during the day and would not cool down enough by late evening so it was quite warm at night, lighter bed coverings would have helped, maybe

A great base to expolore Zurich from

The service desk was at at an EMA property next door to checked in. We were then escourted to the apparment. The service desk for key collect was only 50mts from tram stop and the tram stop was only two stops from the main railway station. Very easy location to reach on public transports.

The appartment did not have air conditioning and got very warm during our stay. When the windows were opened for ventilation you were disterbed by the street noise late evening and early morning.

the best apartment we have ever stayed in. Would highly recommend ,

modern central and spacious apartment , close and within easy walking distance to areas of interest, cafes, restaurants, and supermarket. Public transport only a few metres away. staff very helpful and friendly.

there was nothing not to like although lack of airconditioning was a bit of an issue during the hot weather.

Great apartment in good location with easy tram access.

The apartment is huge, lots of great space, comfortable beds and good facilities. The soundproofing is really good, so it was very quiet, although I’m not sure how it would be in summer if you wanted the windows open. Some UK TV channels were welcome after several weeks travelling Europe with no English speaking TV! The staff were great, super helpful and friendly.

clean apartment, good size, all cutlery and kitchen stuff available

check in was a bit unusual. had to call front desk for a staff to meet us outside what was a closed office entrance. that should have been communicated beforehand second extra bed in living room a bit uncomfortable for an adult

Thanks to EMA for providing such a good living experience here. I will definately be back again.

Very near to the Zurich Main Station (HB), about 8min walk. Apartment with full kitchen ware. Very confortable to accomodate at least 4 adults. There is even a yard outside the kitchen, you can smoke there or having a drink. The temperature is just nice (you can adjust the heater to your confort temperature), the insulation and sound proof is very good, you can barely hear anything inside the room.

Parking is a bit complicated and pricy. Perhaps everywhere in Switzerland is the same. When cooking, better to open all the door and windows opposite the kitchen, even though you turn on the smoke extraction hood to the max. Once the fire alarm was activated due to some steam, it was very loud and luckily there is no sprinkler inside the rooms. I have to manually turn off the alarm on the ceiling.

A pleasant stay at this modern apartment despite blunders around keys hand-over

Very spacious apartment with modern and close-to-brand-new appliances. Great house-keeping service.

Location is not that great. The distance to the Zurich HB station feels longer than it should be - probably due to the walk along the river which can be quite cold during winter. Despite giving our estimated arrival time in advance, no one showed up at the apartment to hand over our keys. We panicked a bit and had to call them up with my overseas mobile phone (i.e, unnecessary roaming charges. :(). Although their staff turned up 5 minutes later after the call, this hiccup could have been avoided if they stationed someone at the apartment waiting for us ahead of the agreed time.
