Leider war das Hotel sehr heiß, einige Heizungen waren eingeschaltet, obwohl es Sommer ist und es draußen sehr warm war. Das Zimmer hatte weder Klimaanlagen noch Ventilator

コンセントの電源がボタン一つに集約されており、灯を消すと他のコンセントにも電気が流れなくなる。清浄機が埃だらけで、むしろ部屋が臭うようになった。

เดินทางสะดวก เช็คอินเช็คเอ้าท์ด้วยตนเอง สะดวกมากๆ ไม่มีน้ำดื่มให้ในห้อง แต่มีตู้ให้กดด้านนอก มีอาหารเช้าอร่อย ครบครัน

The hotel is central to everything. Easy access to tours bus and trains. Buffet breakfast is good too.

Our sink in the bathroom was blocked and was unblocked twice. It was good after that.

Location close to station 🚉, city center and lake. Comfort and size of room, excellent breakfast.

Cold atmosphere, almost no staff, digitized but computerized processes do not work smoothly. Miserable internet connection, WiFi signal weak.noisy area at night.

The photos on booking.com don't do this hotel justice. It is lovely and a great location!

Large, quiet room, with a good bath. Great location a couple of minutes from the station, close to the river and a very short walk from Niederdorf old town. Checkout not til 12, with a friendly and relaxed breakfast. Convenient for remote working as they were very accommodating and let me use the lovely breakfast room for the afternoon.

Great location and breakfast

We really liked the location of this hotel. It was great to hop off the train and arrive at the hotel. We were early for check-in, but the receptionist helped us stow our bags so we could explore Zurich. It was new for us to have the check-in completely on-line at a kiosk and have to print your own room keys, but we navigated it fairly easily. We also liked how close it was to the scenic part of Zurich and we were able to walk to the area very easily. We also explored some cuter neighborhoods that were closer to the hotel for dinner as well. The breakfast was also delicious, with lots of different hot options like bacon, eggs, and sausage.

The walls were a little thin. We could hear people talking/coughing in the rooms and hallway throughout the night.

Good place to stay for visitors who travel by train.

The hotel locates near Zurich main station. Walking with luggage from the Zurich main train station to the hotel is very convenient. Breakfast is very good. Check-in and check-out processes are very effective.

The luggage storage room is not large enough and people can access to the room too easily.
