It was very clean and beautiful, built with astonishing traditional japanese architecture.
nothing i loved it

beautiful accommodations. Wonderful staff! They always had an English translator on staff to help. The private onsens were so relaxing and easy to reserve.
I didn’t dislike anything.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this spring bath hotel, and I must say that it was a wonderful experience. I was greeted by exceptional service and luxurious amenities from the moment I arrived. As we are visiting for our wedding anniversary, the staff gave us two mini cute dolls as a present which has made our day!
The spring bath was super amazing! There are many options in the private and public baths, and we mostly enjoyed the public one, and not many guests used it during my visit! There are ice water and tasty drink at the bath entrance, which we enjoyed a lot!
The hotel itself was super impressive; I felt like I was living in a traditional Japanese village; the Japanese dinner and breakfast were a must-have, and the beautiful Japanese garden we could walk around and relax in it. Also, there is late-night delicious ramen available at the noodle bar, inclusive of the stay.
I highly recommend this spring bath hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. It exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely visit again!

Delicious meal
Hot Spring area is wonderful
The location is quite far from JR station. If you cannot catch the shuttle bus, the only way is by taxi (~800yen).

Location is good
I had trouble with food. After the tepan dinner I wasn't feel good. I thought the tepan wasn't clean and the heat was not quite working. Felt like dirty. And also try to sell.

The hot spring area was huge with five baths outdoors (two individual), three covered baths and six indoor individual bed baths. The whole set up was beautiful. Some baths were very hot while others were just the perfect temperature, one was cold. I also enjoyed the bedroom and the hotel decor. Beds were very comfortable. And the food was of great quality.
The restaurant was huge and quite noisy. Food was brought to us very quickly and empty dishes taken away as soon as they were finished. We felt a bit rushed. But the food was very good. Also it’s unusual in this type of place but we had many options for the food so we had to read the menu and choose a main, a small dish and a rice/noodle dish.

The bathtub in the room was great but it’s a little small.

Very caring staff, room was very comfortable.
Appreciated the edo period feeling. I was a little bit worried it would be too much but it was perfect.
Onsen is one of the nicest l have been to, and the private onsens are really nice and with no extra charge.
Very good food.
A bit far from the sea

I can tell people come here for the food and onsen/bath selections. they have 3 private baths that you can use if you have tattoos not to mention the very large onsen with multiple baths inside ( no tattoos) our room also had a private onsen in it. The meals were amazing 9-course dinner and great breakfast. very Japanese style if you don't like seafood... don't come
no one........... spoke English, like not a drop. The hotel room was pretty run down ( not bad just old) I was a bit shocked by the price. There's also a lot of bugs (large ones) there were spiders in the private baths even though they clean well. I think they just don't believe in killing the spider and let them live but one got in my friend's ponytail >.<
Also, you can't take any photos in the private baths even though its completely just you

The staff were amazing at making us feel welcome and went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. Watabe-san does amazing art of bags for a couple hundred yen. The views of the ocean from our room really nice. It was also nice to not have to pay extra to use a private bath even if it was a bit too hot for our liking. Finally, the shuttle from the station to the hotel was very convenient.
The bed was a little small and hard. Also some of the facilities were a little dirty from dust.

Awesome concept. Free ramen snack at night. The best variety of onsen baths I have ever experienced.
No English signage or guidance, except for onsen rules. Some of the onsen baths were lukewarm and not hot.
