Really bad low bed, super low

There was no breakfast, it is a kind of Airbnb house.
Everything was good.

This is our second visit. Love this place. Wonderfully calm, above the mayhem.

Cost but it’s for the location so I get it!
Maybe more items left ie on arrival, Coffee, Milk etc

Everything- big comfort apartment, balcony, perfect clean, hospitality, location, lift.
Nothing.

We enjoyed the location, the balconies(view), the spaciousness and the ability to cook.
It would be appreciated if some kind of small collapsable cart with wheels would be provided to transport things bought at the grocers.

The location was great and the terrace with a view was just amazing.
The only tiny drawback was the poor lighting in the flat. Would recommend changing the light bulbs.

Absolutely fantastic location - amazing views with always something to see. Loads of bars, restaurants in easy reach and close to the square St Marco.
The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped, a very comfortable base for our stay in Venice. Highly recommended.
Nothing - although for the less mobile, the stairs to the apartment and low ceilings in the bathroom/dressing room might be awkward. There is a lift, but it's very quirky and tiny.

The location of the flat is great, very close to Piazza San Marco and surroundings. The view from the terrace is exceptional, and in itself would be worth booking this location.
The apartment is well furnished, spacious (ideal for 2 adults and 2 kids) and functionally equipped. There is a Nespresso machine, so you might want to bring your capsules, as they are not avaible close to the appartment.
The reception at check-in was friendly, efficient and helpful.
If the problem described below had not occurred, it would be a 10/10 for me.
From 7pm on the last night up to our check out the next day, there was no running water in the apartment. So no way to shower, wash, flush the toilet or drink water. Although signaled to the owner in the evening, the problem (apparently a broken boiler, but there was no cold water either) was not fixed before our departure.
We did receive a partial refund (~50%) on the price for the last night though, but this did not really make up for having to spend the entire last day and the flight back the next evening unwashed.
The balconies are full of plants, which are automatically watered at night. This is very nice, but as a consequence, you cannot sleep with the windows open, as there are dozens of mosquitos. There is air-conditioning though.

The location is fabulous - the views ever changing and engaging from the rooftop balcony facing the lagoon. Easy to get to, yet just away from the surging crowds. Well connected.
On a hot day (August heat wave), the air-conditioning cannot cope and so the cooling fails. You really need it here !!

The host arranged for someone to meet us at the hotel and show us how to work the door to the bldg and the apartment. The apartment is awesome and well worth the price. We were there during Carnevale/Valentine's Day weekend and the location was excellent, about two blocks from St Mark Sq on the waterfront. There are balconies on front and back of apartment, awesome views, especially the vey large balcony on the water side where we were able to watch the parade, the smaller balcony in the back is also nice and quiet on the back. Apartment was very clean and very well furnished with everything you need. Grocery store within a block around the corner... honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better location and, we are Venetian veterans...been there many many times and know our way around, this was by far the BEST place we have ever stayed in Venice ever!! We will be back :)
Nothing...we loved this property! We recommend the Attic Boutique for group of 2-3 or 4 persons...it was perfect, location and all. We will be return customers.
