This is the 2nd time we've stayed. The cottage is very well set up and inviting. It has everything you might want when away from home, even down to the small things you might forget to take, like scissors and rubber bands. It's the best set up accommodation we've experienced. And it is in a fantastic location for accessing Melbourne, especially by public transport. (Go Route 96!)

Pretty cottage well appointed with large courtyard which was perfect for my dog. Located in St Kilda was east walking distance to shops & beach. Andrew was so helpful in regards to check in information & wa available 24/7 if we had any queries. Would definitely stay there again next year if it was available.

The cottage was perfect for our 2 week stay. Very convenient to grocery store, several trams into downtown Melbourne, Albert Park and a short walk to the beach. The cottage and courtyard were quiet because it's not directly on the street. The kitchen had what we needed and Andrew thoughtfully provided a few items to get us started, so we could make a cup of tea when we arrived. I'd definitely stay again.

Had a lovely week at the cottage. Location is fantastic, near a lot of nice cafes, shops and public transport options to get into the city. Andrew is a very helpful host, with plenty of info at hand about the cottage and area.
The cottage itself is very nice. The courtyard is really beautiful and a nice spot to relax. Liked how secluded it felt, and our dog enjoyed the stay too.

Nice neat little place and very quiet.
Just off a busy street with parking a bit of an issue, although we had mastered it by the time we left.
It was very safe for our Toy Poodle and she liked the regular walks and meetings with other dogs and their owners.

Fantastic location for access to Melbourne city and its attractions.
Cottage located as part of an intriguing building complex but stands independent - direct secure external access - and very private. Very comfortable place to live in (and come home to) when you're not gallivanting around the city.

We had a wonderful two weeks in this cottage that was well appointed and brilliantly located in the heart of St Kilda. Close to restaurants, beaches and dog parks which were important for our stay. The courtyard was quiet and perfect for the dogs to relax in the shade between walks each day. The owner communicated with us regularly and was always available if we had any questions. Thank you for a wonderful Christmas. Andrea and Bill

This is a charming little cottage, great for two people. Furnishings were nice and very comfortable. Andrew has provided many thoughtful extras, like beach towels, a grocery carrier, umbrellas, and lots of information about local restaurants and transportation and maps, etc. He was very easy to communicate with and was very responsive. Lots of interesting restaurants in the neighborhood and close to public transport. We did find access to the cottage a little tricky, especially after dark, as it’s tucked in behind an apartment building with either a narrow walkway alongside the building or through an uneven walkway from a laneway (alley) on the other side of the building. Not a huge deal but could be tricky for some. What made this cottage really special is the patio and garden. It is truly a hidden oasis. Relaxing to sit in and pretty to view from inside the cottage. I loved it!If you are interested in penguins they can be seen after sunset at the nearby St Kilda pier! Free and within walking distance!

Excellent communication from the manager made the check in process easy. The cottage is very clean and comfortable and the courtyard was perfect for our dogs. Surprisingly very quiet considering the central location. Perfect place to stay in Melbourne, easy to get to the city by tram and walking distance to beautiful parks and beaches.
