Worst Front Desk Personnel

Location

The front desk personnel, not professional,There were 2 employees one tall one short, well it was the tall one I believe that's his name was Jeovani.He was upset because we called about our room with AC not working, and left us hanging waiting to be changed to a new room....I guess his shift ended and did not advice his incoming co-workers, other employees comment that a lot of customers complain about this person and Management never do anything.....Management must be his family member, or buddy cause he won't get discipline or fired......

Location is excelent, near downtown you can walk to Catedral and Degollado teather

Check in, there were a line of 7 people and only one cleark at front desk

Will never stay there again

The staff was very cordial and the location was great

The room was too small for two beds. Bathroom was all also too small the toilet was positioned in a corner and the sink was place outside the bathroom it also had just just one towel and no wash or hand towel. Had too request extra towels for witch they delivered two hours later. And no room coffe. Had to go out in the street early morning for coffee. Never ate there…

Overaly satisfied and all the staffs are very kind. Always make coffee when needed.

Basic breakfast, Bit very strategic restaurant location on top of building - guest can view the town while having breakfast.

House of Horrors

Breakfast was excellent as was the service

Staff was beyond poor and irresponsible. Guest arrived at 2PM and was told to wait 15 minutes to checkin. Hotel was not sold out the prior evening, nor close. After 20 minutes guest approached the desk and was told she could not check in until 3 o clock. I called at 2 50 and spoke to them. She was immediately told she could check in. Flowers were delivered to the hotel at 12:30. Upon calling, Maya informed me that security was holding the flowers. At 6PM I called as it became obvious they were never delivered. I was bounced around to several people for over 35 minutes until the manager Jesus put me through to a non English speaking person. Before transferring me he told that the flowers were never taken in house. Reception would not accept the delivery and told the delivery person the guest was not registered even though her name was provided and they could have located her reservation. Guest is a young Filipina. Could it be bias? The hotel is old, dated and the elevators are painfully slow and slow. The room was loud well past midnight. After all that she was put in a room with no view. Awful experience

very satisfied

the front counter was very nice, polite and professional, the location of the hotel is very accessible to the downtown historic area, the breakfast was delicious and the food cart for hot dogs and burgers placed outside at night was delicious but they need to put more staff to take care of the high volume of customers, had to wait in line over 30 minutes to get my order.

there is no ice machine available on each floor. need more staff for the hot dog/burgers food cart outside. other than those two things everything else was awesome.

cleaned our room and don’t leave new towels, our friends jewelers was stolen from her room after it was cleaned. hallways were dirty, elevators were lousy!
