good location for Glasgow west end.
Breakfast was poor. Waited ages to be served and then food was cold. Short on staff.

Location. Staff helpful.
Room could do with modernising.

Location was great and there was a lovely cafe just accross the street.
There was no hot water, so we had to have very cold showers. We were going to a wedding and waited an hour for the hot water to return, but nothing happened and we then had to get ready to go out. The room was also freezing cold upon arrival, as the temperature was set to 6 degrees. We were looking for a quiet place to stay and unfortunately this wasn't it. As the hotel is an old apartment building and not purpose build, you can hear everyone coming on going during the night, as well as their conversations when they're in their rooms.

The room was bigger than I expected so that was great as travelling in winter, you tend to have more luggage as the clothes are bulkier.
There wasn't a lift so lugging the luggage up the stairs was a bit of an inconvenience as i have a bad back.

Rooms very comfortable and not too hot which we loved hate over heated hotel rooms.
Breakfast was exceptional and very relaxed.

The West End is the best area in Glasgow. Byers road and the Hillhead Subway (Metro) Station is a short walk away, as is Hyndlands, with great shops and places to eat. The hotel is in a grand Terrace of beautiful Town Houses, has high ceilings and a grand staircase and very nice and helpful staff.
Nothing really. If you want a big TV stay elsewhere, but this doesn’t bother us.

Room was amazing, spa bath was exceptional and I didnt want to leave! Breakfast was good, continental was fresh and varied however we had cooked breakfast which was great. Staff very helpful. Would stay again.

I loved the visible cleanliness as soon as I arrived, and the cozy lighting that was being projected. The room was the perfect size for one person with a perfect quaint lookout. The manager was also more than helpful and really extended a hand to make sure I felt secure in my purchase.
