I love touring and doing activities with guests. One time, a guest was into Acro-Yoga, so I took them to a class!

I've hosted more independent and free wheeling guests though, and that's fine too.

We live nearby, so any concerns/ requests, etc can be quickly addressed. My assistant Mars or I will meet the guests at the Eton Lobby for the check in.

Hello, Here my feedback about the apartment. I liked the style of the of the apartment but the apartment is in bad shape and needs to be renovated. The apartment looks rundown. I hated that the Big outside ventilator is placed right next to the bed, because this big outside ventilator is quite noisy and interrupts the sleep. Best regards, Dr. H. Waser

I just want to offer some feedback regarding this Unit in Makati City. I have rented multiple Units in Pasay, Makati and Newport areas in the NCR and I have to say, hands down, that this is the most awesome place I have had the chance to stay in, The online pictures do NOT do this unit justice. the view from the balcony overlooks two parks across the street, you are literally a 5 minutes walk from the Green belt area and a short cab to the MoA. Laundry service is timely and economical. A real GEM, despite a chair that came apart when I tried to move it and a lack of extra toilet paper I really do not have anything bad to say about this place. The hostess was prompt, to the point and very helpful. If you are a couple, its spacious, cozy and romantic. They also offer goodies (instant noodles, soup and beverages) at a cost, but honestly if I were the owner, I would just up the rental cost 5 USDs a day and offer those items for free (inclusive) but if you do not want to buy it, there is a 7 11 adjacent to the lobby. If I ever go back to Makati, I will rent this place again for certain.
