La ubicación es muy buena!
No tengo quejas! :)

I had the top floor with a corner view of the Ocean and town. It had beautiful views . The location was close to restaurants, grocery stores and very walkable neighborhood. Yet it was quiet . Nice swimming pool . Plenty of closet space. Modern vibe style
I have only one complaint, It needed more accessible outlets for charging devices Phones, iPads etc…. There was one outlet that the Coffee maker , fridge and tv are pugged into. And the other one was behind the bed , not only was it in a odd location it didn’t work. If you have devices to charge you may need to bring your own extension cord and power strip.

Great location. Right on the ocean
The bathrooms have a particular smell. Could be due to the humidity…

The room view is spectacular... the balcony's view at room 23 is amazing..
The hotel is in poor shape, the hotel is dirty and needs renovation, really tacky...
the room next door was being renovated so, from 9am to 5pm there were people hammering the walls as the room was getting renovated, when we complained, the staff said they could not stop the renovation..
The staff also disclosed the owners NEVER go to the hotel, we will never go again to this hotel EVER. NOT RECOMMENDED.

The location wonderful, and just off the beaten path of busy Isla Mujeres tourism
I was only assumption I would have a hammock which I did not also the bed was a little too stiff. maybe this is a Mexican thing but there's no housekeeping during your stay. Maybe you have to specifically ask for it which I didn't mind since there were extra clean sheets and towels in the room

Everything is perfect! The location, the view, the rooms with balcony and hammock, close to everything, good service, nice room!
3.0
The proximity with the centre and playa Norte.
Not so clean, outdated and dirty equipment, no hot water in the shower. Difficult to reach out the reception team.
5.0
Close to store and restaurants. Able to get a golf cart dropped off and picked up from hotel
Dirty room. Pool was dirty.

Facilities as always only as good as they have to be.

Great location close to everything on foot and just at the edge of the hustle and bustle, with a sea wall and ocean right next door. The steady sound of the ocean was soothing. Felt safe walking day and night to the great restaurants closeby, and an easy walk to the ferry terminal. Loved the pool and the hammock on the balcony!
There was some confusion on check in and we didn’t get the room we booked, but we managed to get it straightened out and switched rooms after 2 nights in a room we were not happy with. After the switch we couldn’t have been happier- updated room, one large bed, incredible view and semi private balcony on the top floor! Note that the mattresses are pretty firm. Also there was not much shade by the pool til later afternoon and it was too windy to use the umbrellas, which meant we were sometimes limited in using this space at the peak of heat.

Quiet location and close to supermarket and restaurants.

Good location and great views.
Sliding door wouldn’t close all the way. bathroom towel holders both broken. Floors very slick.

The location and ocean view were excellent. The room provided everything we needed, nothing more.

Good location. Nice View. room was small.
beds were comfy. Cold A/C.
Wouldn't stay alone in this room. Too low to the ground. Maybe it's just me. People are walking past your glass door constantly. Bathroom mirror needs to be replaced. Room is to small for 4 people.

Loved the view. Cool bathroom, comfy beds. Ice cold A/C. Felt safe.
Room 11 smelled like an outhouse/sewer/rotten eggs. Other than that everything else was great.

Location is great - close to the main restaurant/shopping streets but still quiet. The pool area is really nice too. Comfortable bed and pillows.
I was in an “underground” room and would NOT recommend. It was terribly damp with mould growing on the bathroom walls and the bathroom mirror totally rusted over. Nothing ever felt dry, even the bedsheets. The little patio opens directly onto a busy public promenade - the view of the sea is gorgeous but you have to keep your curtains closed for privacy so you don’t see much of it and you need to keep the the door closed for security - no fresh air. Mini fridge froze everything solid on the lowest setting so couldn’t really use it.

The oceanfront rooms are amazing. You feel like you’re on the ocean - without any seasickness! Location is very convenient to the ferry terminal, grocery store and restaurants.
Bit of a walk to the beach. One of our rooms smelled slightly of sewage, but to be fair we did not raise it with the hotel management. Keeping the balcony door open fixed it.

The location is amazing - looking out to sea
The swimming pool was being renovated and so an alternative was provided at a hotel 10 minutes away. The alternative was great but the hotel should have alerted guests that this was the situation in advance, not on arrival when it was too late to cancel.
When we arrived we were told that the deposit had to be in can which was not the information emailed via booking.com, which said a credit card would be required. Eventually they accepted a photocopy of the credit card which was not returned to me when I checked out, as advised. I was told that the manager had destroyed it. This was unsatisfactory.

The location next to the ferry, and also quite close to the center where the restaurants and bars are. The AC was very good and the ocean wave sounds and view. The pool was nice also but we didn't enter. The room was big!
The room was very dirty when we got there. The water pressure was very bad. Even though the hotel was empty, when we wanted to change the room the girl at the reception refused and didn't try to make any effort to make our stay nicer.
The beds were small. The 'kitchen' included a minibar, a sink and many empty storage cabins (which was weird).

The location was amazing and the view from the balcony was beautiful.
Air conditioning was not great. The balcony had gaps in the window that let a lot of heat in. We had to go buy a fan downtown to manage the heat.

We stayed in 3 different rooms. Rooms 27 26 18 - big rooms. Comfortable bed. Amazing view.
Good location.
There is no water flow in the shower. It took me half an hour to wash the shampoo off my head. The mirror is full of rust. There is no ventilation in the bathroom.

Excellent location and a beautiful view of the sea
Security was an issue. There was a hole in the back door and only a weak lock which could have easily been opened. Luckily nothing happened but it was a concern.
