Inadequate parking at Waterloo Town house

The room was clean and comfortable.

Lack of parking space. Given a 24 hour parking permit and told to park at Burlington Road. Saw that the ticket didn't cover Burlington Road. So parked in a spot straight outside property, thought it was a parking space. Had to catch a coach somewhere next day. Came back around 7pm next day. Car was missing. It had been clamped. Told we parked on a bus lane. Had to pay 125 euro to be declamped. So property was unsuitable for our needs as we didn't get free parking and were out an extra expense of 125 euro, so it wasn't value for money. 😡

Lovely room good size, free parking excellent local restaurants coffee bars and gastro pubs. Coffee pod machine in room

Great stay

It was very cozy and clean and it has that old aristocratic style. We appreciated how they took care about small details that make you feel good. The location is great, there is a bus station near the property and it was close to the center and you have all you need in the area.

Excellent choice

Very comfortable bed, and beautiful design, really gives a cosy feeling. Excellent location for a more quite stay in Dublin, but still close enough to the city centre. Recommend!

Lovely stay, beautiful Georgian building, nice staff, great location. Searsons for the full Irish of course

Lovely room, comfortable bed, cleaned daily & tea/coffee available. Quiet as room was facing the garden.

It’d be great if the biscuits were replenished as I fancied a nibble with my tea in the afternoons/evenings.

Ik ga zo weer terug!!!

Er was geen ontbijt, maar zoveel bakkerijen en coffee shops in de buurt! Op de kamer en in de lobby van het hotel was heerlijke koffie en thee beschikbaar!

Niets viel me tegen! Personeel was geweldig. Het gebouw was net gerenoveerd, de kamers ruim, het bed zo heerlijk!

Little bit of a maze to reach the room, but at least they have signs everywhere to make this easier.

Superb

Good location, a few bus stops away from the centre of Dublin, but also there is plenty of pubs, restaurants, shops nearby - the neighborhood is nice. Parking is for free, it is a bit tight and spaces are limited but generally it is a great advantage, as parking is metered in the neighborhood. The bedroom and the bathroom were very stylish, but also functional and clean - quiet at night, comfy bed. Above all, the staff were very friendly and forthcoming. Highly recommended!

There is no breakfast but you can get free coffee in the morning.

Wonderful stay! Highly recommend!!

I loved the elegant and cozy decor. I was with a large group in several rooms so being able to sit comfortably and have a delicious coffee together in the sitting room was fantastic. We were able to walk around, see the city, and easily find our way back. Location is excellent. The bed was comfortable and the shower felt luxurious. I loved everything about our stay.

Honestly, I wouldn't change a thing.

Nice room close to restaurants and within 15mn of Dublin centre

The hotel is slightly off central Dublin but in an area with loads of restaurants and coffee shops, and still easily walkable. The bathroom was great. The room had modern amenities.

The walls between the rooms seem quite thin and you can hear other people TV's, for example. The window shutters had a gap that let some light in. The TV wasn't connecting to wifi so we couldn't watch netflix/cast to it.

Quiet and elegant -- in a sedate neighborhood.

Quiet, comfy room.

We were expecting the neighborhood to be a bit more lively. We got there at 10:00 pm on a weeknight and there was only one pub open. No cafes or anything else.

Luxurious hotel in a stunning part of Dublin.

Easy access to hotel and room. Parking available, albeit limited in front of property. Very tastefully decorated. Comfortable with many extras found in room. Location is a 10/10. Truly had a stay beyond our expectations.

Only stayed here for a night while travelling but I would return to stay longer . It’s in a beautiful building and felt close enough to access the main areas while also a little far out to embrace some quiet

Average at best.

Coffee available in reception area (this is most beautiful area of building). Some parking available. Staff friendly. Stayed on higher floor that had a nice picture window. Decent shower.

Rooms are quite small and thin walls. Can hear too much guest and street noise. Not walkable distance to any of main attractions & there are very few restaurants or pubs near by. Before booking here I’d recommend determining what you really want to see/do in Dublin. We drove all over Ireland fairly easily before arriving in Dublin & it was more difficult to navigate than the other cities, countryside, or coast. Also, pillows not comfortable.
