Très bonne expérience à marrakech

L accueil du personnel et le service sont très bons. Les suites sont également très confortables et bien décorées. Les services de spa et massage très efficaces. Restaurant orangeraie de très bon niveau. Emplacement parfait. A recommander

Le prix des services à la carte … environ EUR 10 pour un café :-( Le bruit des chambres placées sur la rue active avec boites de nuit et roof top animés.

Over priced and not welcoming receptionists teams

The reception team were very unwelcoming when we checked in. Basically, the first counter kept us for 2 minutes and then told us in a rude way to go to the other counter following the bell boy. Nice we arrived to the other checking counter, the girl who received us was very argumentative telling us something and doing something else. I felt so weird being treated this way in such five stars expensive hotel

Posizione ottima per i locali nella parte più moderna della città !! Hotel stupendo nelle parti comuni, piscine molto grandi e tantissimi lettini a disposizione, staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Letto fantastico, comodissimo!

Dovrebbero fare un trattamento di pulizia sul fondo delle piscine, non accettabile per un 5 stelle! La camera confortevole ma un po’ datata, soprattutto la moquette, andrebbero riviste un attimo per essere al livello della struttura!!

I regret booking it deeply! Highly disappointed!

The pool guys make an effort. They work hard in the sunshine all day long.

The reception staff is unorganised, unpolite, make promises they don't keep, are racist towards anyone apart from French, they don't listen to complaints, people smoked hashish next to the pool with kids, not friendly at all.

Amazing hotel , cleanliness and comfortable

We arrived at the hotel at 8 in the evening and our room was not available considering check in was at 3 in the afternoon . Was very disappointed as we had to wait a few hours . Hotel staff friendly but had to phone a few times to remind them about services we needed. Other than that an amazing hotel and we were upgraded to an amazing room.

Très bel hôtel et gentillesse de tout le personnel . L'hôtel est spacieux de telle manière que l'on ne sent pas la présence des autres clients de surcroit les deux piscines sont un plus. Calme et très belle situation pour sortir à pied la journée et le soir. Petit déjeuner somptueux.

To stay at this property, you better bring your own mattress. That’s all what I can say. We could not sleep. To get out

You need to carry a large Flashlight to find your way and also you definitely need a Flashlight to see the buttons in the elevator.

Worth it, best beds, but could use a few improvements

- service was great, shout out to Bakl at the Darkum place for being the best service provider - pool was nice and big - bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had at a hotel - design of the hotel is very beautiful

- charged us $24 for 2 extra coffees in the room and we were staying in a suite - suite was a strange design, main bathroom with tub no toilet, a small room for toilet on the other side of room, and then another small room for the shower - music at SO lounge wasn’t great

The location was super convenient and the hotel was absolutely stunning

The location and staff was top notch and we were able to walk everywhere

We liked everything, I’d add ice cream to the menu to accommodate kids or some kind of treats for them
