Excellent breakfast. Great location. Nice gym. Great staff!
Power outages in middle of night due to local grid but still disruptive. Outdated rooms and TVs, and games not working in game room.

Great staff, everyone was friendly and fun made the whole stay, Antonio made our breakfast enjoyable, and it was a great service.
Only complaints, not enough bathroom towel service, but that didn't change our fantastic stay

the most amazing views from the infinity pool, plenty of beach chairs, swim up pool bar, very easy beach access with free snorkel gear provided and amazing snorkeling right from the beach, Fresko is right across the street. happy hour at the pool is very generous and offered at different hours throughout the day. there were no kids there when we stayed which was a bonus for us :) the vibe is very low key but fun. we loved having a washer and dryer and kitchen in the room. we will absolutely be back!
the one restaurant at the hotel isn’t great and it’s very overpriced. would highly recommend buying groceries to have breakfast and lunch in your room and then ubering to any of the hotels that are nearby for a nice dinner!

Facility is very clean and staff was great
You need to taxi or uber to main areas in Cabo as the Resort is not convenient to walk to those locations.

The view was spectacular. We loved spending time at the pool and going to the private beach. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive.
The only criticism I had was that the food at dinner could have been better.

everything was good!

Nice homie feel. Clean Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Jacuzzi hours are open for a long time. I love the painting that they had outside a little bit expensive but fun and relaxing.
Contiers were not very good help and couldn't speak English very well. Housekeeping left our door open one day. Too far from the main action you have to take a taxi or the bus ticket to all the action.
3.5
I loved how it felt safe at the property and the amenities that they offered
I did not like how when asked to have our sheets change they told us it was only once a week. they were willing to offer us sheets but we would have to change of ourselves.. never had an experience like this at a resort

It was very clean and had little nooks where you could be alone or gather with other residents
construction prevented a full menu from the restaurant, but it’s understood that this is a good time to complete projects since it’s their slow season

The resort itself is beautiful, with great views of the ocean and the pools are great. Hotel restaurant while definitely over priced, had fantastic food. The staff are absolutely great too, super helpful.
The beds are ridiculously rock hard and the rooms are really dated. This is also a resort really geared at the 55 years and up bracket (emphasis on up), so as a couple in their late 20s we really felt out of place. Value for money wasn't there at all also.

Great location, very good food, amazing staff and the views are incredible.
Walking distance the one of the best coffee shop in Cabo "Xpressa Cafe" The best massage my wife and I ever had.

Given that my partner was a Chef, we were wary of any on-site restaurants, but everything surpassed our expectations. The staff was lovely, helpful, and accommodating, and the pool is just as beautiful as advertised. Great place to stay!
The music at the pool was almost always Bruno Mars, so a little more variety in genre would be great.

Everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming and the views are stunning! I was just there for one night and had an ocean view room - it was truly a magical spot to spend a night. The suite itself was perfectly appointed, I can't wait to return here for a longer stay with my family. The beach wass beautiful, and though small, not overly crowded. I didn't get a chance to use it, but the gym looked great.
The service at the restaurant wasn't great, and the food was just ok.

My group enjoyed the location, it was breathtaking, the hotel was awesome. Enrique the manager was great assisting our group with a dinner reservation over looking the water, that went bad by the waiter Paul. Paul started off great then his customer service and they way he handled the orders for the food made your resort loose out on $1200 dollars for 12 ppl at $99.00 per person, plus Paul would have received a very large tip/graturity. Enrique handled the situation with class and great management skills. The situation did not sway me from not ever wanting to book me or my clients there, I love the resort and the food there is awesome. I will visit again.
All the best!

Paul the waiter needs better customer service skills when under pressure, other than that the young man will do well in his growth.
