this is a small hotel, which is worth every penny. Everything looks new and the rooms are exactly like in the pictures.
The staff was extremely helpful with helping us find restaurants, metro routes, and amusements parks, Go-kart tips
I think they should have kettle in the rooms

Cosy place, large room, and very nice staff
The check-in time is at 16:00, we were stranded with our luggage on the street for 2 hours because the close from 14:00 – 16:00, but we spent the time in some local deli. The location is a bit far from the center however, it is a quiet green environment.

You need a car for easier access to the city center.

Good hotel for a short stay.
Free parking space for guests.
Breakfast option is pretty small, but fine.
Blankets are not comfortable and there was pretty cold in the room.

Friendly staff, good sized room and very clean. Good breakfast. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Location was good coming from airport, the area seems a little sketchy but I felt safe walking to restaurant.

The girl on the reception was nice when I arrived and gave me her own charger.
There was no breakfast and concierge in the morning. I wasn’t able to order Uber and I had to walk outside the hotel to do that. No flip flops, air conditioner wasn’t working, no breakfast as I’ve been told.

I do not recommend this hotel at all because of the inappropriate treatment of the staff (one of them was very kind but the other one very bad)and their disrespect for the hotel guests.
My girlfriend and I have a bad experience with the bad attitude and low perception of one of the hotel staff in the reception.
We arranged for our personal medical check-up to be tested in our room, and we were notified at the hotel the day before.
The day they came to test us, one of the reception staff treated us very badly and did not understand our explanation at all.
We also had a green pass for covid 19 and a negative test, but instead of being kind and warm to guests and hearing comments, the hotel staff spoke harshly and made a night with bad memories for us.Also she did not allow us to go out of room while She did not have the right to tell us about staying at room.
At all one of them was very kind and frinedly, but the other one that I can not remember her name made us a bad memory at that hotel.

The breakfast was very good value. The hotel is situated not too far from Ciampino . This was very handy for onward travel.
Provision for a snack of some sort
