Quiet ocean front property, a bit far from Main Street but u can get a tricycle into town with help of front desk. Peaceful and relaxing!
No refill for water bottles, have to buy plastic ones each time :(

The staff were lovely, friendly & helpful.
The peace & quiet was perfect.
White beach, 5 minutes walk away was brilliant.
The food was excellent.
The room we had, boat cottage, was very basic. It needs refurbishing. It lets the rest of the experience down.

Pro: fantastic view if you choose the only room with it. It is probably the oldest room in the property so it is very simple & rustic. You will need to shower with a bucket of water because there is no water or not enough pressure. The price to pay for an espectacular morning view. Mango shake is delicious. Locationu is great, calm and quiet, if you don’t mind taking a 15 mins ride to go to town to eat every day. We loved that because the center is saturated with travelers backpacker style.
Cons: food is average just like the rest of the country. Service is Ok but nothing remotely close to South East Asia customer service. Pillows were very old and thin.

the reception/bar and nearby tables you can eat at have a great view of the sea, we saw turtles before we even sat down to eat
not to beat about the bush, the food was BAD, like bland, greasy and unappealing in every way you can imagine, and overpriced.
the place could use some basic maintenance and a really good deep cleaning, each time we saw the three staff they were sat around chatting with each other, there’s so much that they could be doing to make this place better.

The view was great
The owner of the facility is not that accomodating their guests and the food is not that great for its price.

Almost nothing
DO NOT BOOK HERE!! This is TOO FAR from ALL that you need. Fare in tricycle is 200pesos 1 way. Road is soooo bumpy. If you're riding motorcycles you should be very careful. If you're riding a car, pray for your car! The shore is not clear and you definitely need aqua shoes in order to swim. And you only have few hours for the high tide period, after that THERE ARE SEA URCHINS. The food here is pricey. Make sure to buy/do grocery before check in. No toothbrush, no slippers, no doormats, faulty water heater, broken water bucket, and the CR smells like urine. We didn't finish our stay here because of the location and the shore! They are serious with the no refund policy, they didn't even gave us a discount with the food and even want us to pay for the slippers we borrowed from one of their staff.

The staff is accommodating and the place is quiet.
The location is not accessible to public transportation. You still need to request the staff to call for tricycle. There are no stores nearby and the one in the resort have limited options.

Nice view, nice helpful personel, pretty garden, good drinks
In general it's philippine standard, nothing fancy but enough for nice stay.

Not recommended Resort. Receptionist so strict no consideration.

It’s peaceful. Literally away from all hehe
The location is so far from the Lungsod, and the path along the location is so bumpy and dark night (less to no light posts). We recommend tourists to have any private mode of transpo when going at T Breeze. But all in all it’s a thumbs up property.

The room was spacious and comfortable
The hotel has access to the ocean, though not much to see for those who like snorkeling
No WiFi in the room
Workers knocking on your door and waiting 10 mins before check out time. I think your guests are responsible enough to check out on time and deserve some privacy when packing? :)

Worst resort we ever been
There is a
Lot of charges when you arrive into the resort
The road going to
The resort is worse
And the rooms has old smell or odor
there is no barbecue grill available
And if you use water to wash you off from
Outside they will charge you a fee for
Using it
You are not allowed to hang out in front of
The beach unless you order food even if your staying at the resort
About the beach in front of them
It’s rocky , it’s not sandy
Make sure wearing a water shoes at all time cause there is a lot of sea orchin
The wifi is worst
Not working at all
make sure if you guys have kids with you
You put it on
Your reservation because the front desk will charge you on that
The customer service
And has a lot of hidden charges
And the location was quite a bit off the road

If you consider the price only, the resort is worth.
Approach road to the resort is pathetic. I did feel the total mamagement slightly unprofessional. Timely changing of towels and cleaning not done till we requested.

The road in needs repairs.

The location , with the shore directly in front makes for a great picture . The gardens are well Maintained .
where can I start . The approach to this Hotel is down a bone jarring track . The property is a 200 peso trike ride each time you need to go absolutely anywhere . The trike drivers use the side location road which is easier for them , which is understandable . However , to actually get to the trike you need to be able bodied , this is a genuine comment , if you are using any form of walking aid , or other mobility issues , then the only option would be to see if the trike driver would pick you up at the front . I hopefully guess some would . The rooms are not maintained to any reasonable standard . no Kettle ? no pretty much anything . no cups , even if you could , make hot drinks . I was truly astonished when I asked for some cups , that they make a charge of 15 pesos per cup , per day . we bought our own on principal . I have read that the food at the restaurant, reception, bar ( same place ) was not good . I have to say that we found it good , perfectly cooked, so no problems . so many other things I could mention , but to finish , I would not ever go there again .

Food was excellent and could drink the alcohol you brought with you
accommodation was a bit basic and access difficult with a severely pot holed road

People so friendly.. even the dog was friendly
Gave us a tour around the place. Her name is Brandy.
Not much but you need to plan out staying here and consider high tide and low tide times. :)
I didn't like that the weather didn't cooperate with us. XD we really can't do much about that though.

Fantastic view at the sea and so chill! Most paradise place we visited so far in the Philippines. But some improvements could be made to get and keep more guests hanging around.
A lot of things were not available of the menu (for multiple days) like the cheeseburger or American breakfast. If you only would serve one meat and one veggie meal a day for dinner, accompanied with a (starter)salad, we think you would have more people to have dinner regularly. Coffee was good but the continental breakfast to small. A bit more jam, so we can cover the two slices of roasted bread would be nice. No vegetables or fruits were available at the resort or nearby shops.
The chairs outside our rooms were uncomfortable. More clothes hangers would be appreciated. A hook for our own mosquito net would also be nice. If more comfortable deck chairs were available, we would have a greater time, hanging around T Breeze all day, drinking beers or maybe you can serve cocktails?
All in all, we think you miss out on some commercial opportunities, selling fruit, drinks and food to guests who enjoy your little paradise from their comfortable deck chairs enjoying the perfect view.

Garden was pretty awesome, more well-kept than the room that we slept. Place located next to the sea. Really nice view.
Rooms very old with spider net. Bathroom super ugly.

It is in a lovely remote location. The beach is nice. I didn't completely hate it. Make sure you read my negative points.
The staff were terrible. We had to wait to check in, which was not terrible but considering when we did check in we were sent to the wrong room, then an hour or two later they insisted we had to change rooms, I was not happy. Overall I thought the attitude of the staff was not good as when I complained about being told we had to change rooms, they laughed and seemed to think I was the one being unreasonable.
