The location is perfect - quiet enough to have some rest but close enough to the busyness if that is what you’re looking for.
The food was outstanding. The best all inclusive I’ve ever had.
The bar area is basic. It feels more like you’re sat in a hotel lobby.

Amazing staff, superb hotel, good location!
Very nice food and good bar service 😁

very clean, very chilled, very central and the staff were so lovely!
there was building work being done but I can’t say it affected our stay too much!
4.1
good food options at breakfast. Option to pay for meals and they had specials on each night
We had to move rooms because they had a communications issue with the outside booking company therefore over booked the suites we had booked. When checking out our new rooms weren’t available yet so we had to store all our baggage in a room and get changed in a dingy room before going to the pool. Not ideal.

Location was good, quiet but 5 mins walk to main area. Balcony with sea view was nice. Rooms cleaned every day. Buffet breakfast was good. Bottled water from bar on all inclusive was handy. Gym with weights and cardio and studio next door. Varied fitness programme available. A.I cocktails were tasty and strong. No issues with a sunbed (as we are early birds) but they are limited. Good courtesy room for day of check out.
Lunch & dinner was hit and miss, had themed evenings some better than others. Most of the meat dishes were in sauce with lots of oil/grease. The restaurant is very open so often seen flies on the food in the cold food section. Lunch is 12:30-15:00 then dinner not until 18:30, snacks in between were pretty poor. Went to lunch at 12:30 one day and seen some bits we liked - decided to go for a walk and returned at 2:30, everything had gone and not been replaced. One of the staff also charged over to tell us they shut soon, I would expect to be able to eat until 3 and have everything available if they are the times. Food & drink is expensive if not all inclusive. Gym had no air con on (studio) did, so was uncomfortable to workout. Stayed at the Arona Spring a few weeks prior and was much better food and much more grand hotel. Felt this was overpriced in comparison.

spotlessly clean. beds comfy.
noisy building work in the hotel. selection of food in the restaurant wasn’t always the best. we had two good days in a week. if you like beef burgers, sausages and meatballs you will be fine!

Staff were incredibly friendly and the whole hotel was incredibly clean and rooms were modern and lovely. The all inclusive was amazing and the best all inclusive we have ever had.

Staff from housekeeping very nice people, clean rooms.
The food is ok, very nice people in the kitchen and breakfast.
A lot of noise from the buss station during the night and from the people and cars that are picking up the garbage every night at 3 a.m.
Reception they could be a little bit more friendly.

We had the all-inclusive package and the food was amazing, especially breakfast and dinner. It's definitely worth it to choose this option. The staff was lovely, greetings to Danny from Reception. :) The pool was clean and chill, the drinks kept on coming, and the gym was pretty well-equipped. The fitness activities were also fun, especially the water aerobics. The rooms were cleaned every day, so extra points for that!
We were at the end of the corridor towards the street, and it could get very loud. Nearby you have the bus station, so all the sounds from the buses could be heard in the room, especially early in the morning. Sometimes (not sure if due to cleaning or anything else) you could hear furniture being moved around in the room above us or near to us. If you get a room, I recommend getting one further away from the station.

Facilities are great, there is even a small gym with some live sessions during the day. At night there is live music around the pool. The staff is very friendly. They helped us with getting access to the internet, when our pc didn't want to connect to their network. The room have a small kitchen with utilities to cook for yourself. It is located close to the beaches and pubs.
More kitchen utilities would have been great.

I booked this hotel to stay in for 5 nights. when I got there the Lady on the desk told me she had double booked my room and sent me away in a taxi to another hotel. She had not even confirmed it with the other hotel that she sent us to as they had no clue what we were on about when we got there. We got no apology or anything, they didn’t care. We also had to pay more money for the hotel they sent us to , so over this we went back to this hotel asking for the difference and we got no satisfaction, they would not give us the difference . The manager would not even come down to deal with us . Absolutely ridiculous! do not book this hotel. The staff were so rude to us.

Security were very rude, to ourselves and to other guests

The room was large and had great facilities. Particularly appreciated the full sized fridge, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and microwave
The food was hit and miss. The air-conditioning wasn't hugely effective and gave us a bad cough

We had an upgrade to a swim up room stylish accommodation very close to all the jazz of the town but far enough away that you don’t hear any of it 👌🏼❤️
Nothing at all.
4.1
Breakfast and dinner were amazing, a large selection and even before the end of the delivery time everything was always replenished. The staff was very helpful
Drinks for dinner (beer, wine, sangria) were charged 3 EUR / person / day.
The problem with the lock (non-functional card), which we always had to come to the reception to replay was not resolved during the stay.

Not enough veggie choice..
