A very pleasant short stay!

The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff were extremely helpful - good advice, booked taxis, restaurants, and were pleasant at all times. The location was very good- close to public transport, Art Gallery and restaurants.

Perfect for outback folk that need to go to the city

205 was the type of room you could relax in The bed was king size and gave us a great sleep. Highly recommend 👍

The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location. Easy walking distance to many attractions. Very close to trains, trams and buses.

I had a lovely time

Location was amazing, as were the staff The environment was a little tired, but you made it clear that you were going through renovations.

When my bed was made, only the top sheet was straightened. The bottom sheet was not fixed, and being not a fitted sheet, I then had to remake the bed.

Very good place to spend an overnighter rather than driving in and out of the city.

Easy check-in and check-out process.

Television placement was too high for general viewing from the couch.

A good stop over if you don’t need the most up to date room but do appreciate a comfortable bed.

Clean and spacious room with very comfortable twin Queen beds. Not the most glamorous hotel but location and a good rest make up for the somewhat tired carpet.

とにかく、ランドモールやｱﾃﾞﾚｰﾄ駅に近く非常に便利。後、スタッフが親切で親身なって対応してくれる。

防音が非常に悪く、作業用のリフトの音が響き、部屋で日中はくつろぐことは無理。ただ、夜は音がしないので、問題なし。

Dissapointing .. breakfast was good apart from the paper bowls plates and cutlery spoiled it .

Musty smell throughout the hall leading to room . Our room was basic and smelt had to spray perfume around the room. Filthy carpets Room was depressing bed was comfy .

Don't bother wasting your money on this 3 Star dump

The location was good. Don't have anything else to say on what we liked.

The room was terrible not as advertised certainly not modern Decor as described. The window was frosted trying to hide the pigeon poo the pigeons were so noisy so not a lot of sleep was had. The carpet had what looked like blood stains. The room was very small the bed was on wheels not locked so every time we moved so did the bed. The decor was awful certainly not worth $209 which is the original price of a standard Queen room. False advertising with the photos when booking the room. Huge disappointment it looked the complete opposite in fact. The receptionist Hassan was rude and he passed the buck very quickly onto The hotel manager who was not interested when we complained and just fobbed us off!!

Overall a pleasant stay.

Location was great....hence why we stayed at Grosvenor. Price was great. Staff where great.

Water pressure didn't exist in the shower. Was very disappointed to arrive with a heap of luggage and be told that no hotel parking available and had to park down the street. Despite booking two rooms well in advance yet still not ONE available parking spot.

Great, clean, staff, everything about it

I just enjoy staying at the Grosvenor. I live a couple of hours from Adelaide and each I stay overnight I love to stay at the Grosvenor. The location is perfect and the rooms are great and clean.

The rooms are a little outdated. Needs some usb ports next to the bed. Breakfast was very average especially eating of throw away cutlery and plates etc.

An as expected booking and delivery of service, which suited my purposes well.

Room was comfortable and clean. However, there was a strong odour of cleaning product when I first entred the room and it took around 24 hours to dissipate, which made the first night less enjoyable. Beyond that, everything else was fine and as advertised.

Good location, staff were friendly and helpful, free wifi and good price.

Fire alarm went off twice, was loud and a false alarm. Would have been good if there were more TV channels (for no cost).

Convenient location with comfort.

Great location, one of the least expensive option, comfortable bed and clean facility

Only window is opaque so can feel a bit locked in. This is ok if just sleeping in the room but I would pay more for sunlight if I was working in the room during the day.

Definitely below average, look around.

Great location

Old out dated tv, add says have satellite channels they didn’t. Room was small for the price. Couldn’t open windows very far for fresh air. Frosted glass on the bedroom window didn’t make it feel very good.

Appropriate for the price.

Location was great. Staff were helpful. Shower was good once we worked out how to make it work.

Carpets need cleaning / replacing, it smelt really musty. Had to buy a room deodoriser.

Nice, but could be greener

The beds were so comfortable while the staff were nice and friendly. It was nice they thought of security and locked the doors on the crazy Friday night.

Despite the bag and utensils for breakfast being biodegradable, there weren't any recycling bins available. It felt awful having to dump everything in the bin for landfill. Such a waste...

A great stay and super convenient for the Convention Centre. Just a few things to improve upon.

Reception accommodated my early check-in request without charge and the room was clean and spacious. Juliet balcony was a nice touch as was the fresh air. Water was hot, shower pressure good. Overall a good 1 night stay.

As a 'wet' shaver, I'm always disappointed when the plug in the basin doesn't keep the water in. This means I have to run the tap and this is wasteful. Also, all the breakfast rubbish & discarded packaging was all put into black sacks. I hope it was being sorted and recycled somewhere 'behind the scenes', but I'm fearful it wasn't. Finally, room heating was poor. The room was too hot but at least I could open the window. Minor things but easy to address.
