Na hora de ir embora .
A acomodação é terrível .
Boa hospedagem , triste surpresa

Second time this year, now with my family. Rooms with all benefits, daily cleaning (towels, beds, bathroom, etc.). Amazing outdoor courtyard (garden) for our rich breakfast and evening enjoyable aperitif. At 50 meters tram station for Terminni station at 15 minutes.
Definitely the staff is absolutely very friendly, willing, polite. When I visit the Rome again,I will choose the same hotel.
I would love to serve dinner with menu in the garden it will be fantastic.

Extremely friendly staff. Upon arrival, they gave us 4 transport tickets, a map of Rome and an explanation of what to see and what to pay attention to. Only the surroundings of the hotel, i.e. the position where the hotel is located is so different in relation to which direction you go, and that is what I want to draw attention to.
If you go to the RIGHT when leaving the hotel, the exit is on the part that is around the train station (in principle, it's OK, it's not very nice for the eyes, but we didn't have any inconvenience in 5 days). There is interesting graffiti, but you walk under the overpass, so you don't get the best impression of Rome.
If you turn LEFT, a completely different experience of the environment where on the way to the bus line that reaches the center in 10 min. You come across on a small square with a free amateur theater in the evening. Beautiful!
Also, as soon as you turn left, right next to HOTEL it is a supermarket with a large assortment of necessities.
A wonderful picturesque hotel with the first atmosphere of Rome that completes your entire experience.
The coffee in the hotel is phenomenal, the atmosphere in the garden ideal for starting the day.
1. If I can say that I didn't like it, it's that part on the right when you leave the hotel. It wasn't until day 3 that we turned left and Voala!
2. One mattress was quite dented and unpleasant to sleep on with a loud creaking sound at the slightest turn

The hotel had the potential to be a nice place to stay for a night, apart from bieng a bit outdated. The bathroom was brand new but the rest of the room was in great need of a renovation.
The window had been left open so we had a terrible nights sleep as there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, we also got bit during the night by what I can only imagine were bed bugs. The room didn't reflect the photos and was way overpriced for what we received. When I told the reception about the problems however he was very polite and professional.

The staff was exceptional and very professional.
Great breakfast.
The receptionists were all really nice and addressed a small complaint I had within minutes.
The room and the blankets smelled musty and weird.
The shower was so tiny that I am now inspired to be on diet :)

cost effective stay, the hotel was very clean and the property was absolutely fantastic. I might not say the same for the rooms. The staffs were extremely helpful.
the area was not clean and full of graffiti. . It felt like the room itself was a half baked solution and completely cramped.
